B’s Lodge is a self catering lodge situated to the rear of the main house Church Elms Farm. The property is a 2x bedroom timber lodge that sleeps 4. Quiet location with field views. There is use of the Games Room with pool table, table tennis and also use of the tennis court in the grounds of the main house. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, microwave and a 2 ring plug in hob. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with wardrobe space and Bedroom 2 has a double bed with wall hooks, storage cupboard and shelving. There is a shower room and hot water is supplied using a modest size electric water cylinder. The lodge is pet friendly ( extra charges apply) there is a small enclosed area where dogs can be off leash, all other areas please leash dogs. Parking for 2 cars. A few minutes drive to pub in Woodchurch village or walkable in about 25 ( but no pavements on country lanes).
