The patio is accessed via a gate just beyond the steps to the annex, and further benefits from a charcoal bbq if alfresco eating is your summer buzz.

The living area itself is 22ft long, Being bright and airy, it accommodates a lounge and dining/work space as well as a comfy chair/bed suitable for a single person. There are electric easy to use and instant heaters in each room, and the bedroom is a cozy hideaway with contemporary touches.

The kitchen and bathroom again are current, well-fitted and recently installed providing our guests with a touch of elegance and efficiency.

Prior booking required if guests would like to have the use of one of our garages to securely store bikes overnight and being a retired dog walker, I am happy to dog sit/walk.

Come, relax and enjoy!

We had a lovely stay, just the 1 night but had everything we needed. We were visiting Hastings, easy 30 min drive from the property. Lucy was very welcoming and showed us around. Very clean, comfy bed, little welcome basket. Folder full of information including walks from the property, places to eat, takeaways that deliver and much more. Little family of squirrels in the tree level with front door , fox and her cubs in the field to the back, was so peaceful. Only thing I would say to make it easier to spot is add the name of property to the listing or when you send direction details. Thank you Lucy

Having been an estate agent for 20 years, I love property and am very comfortable meeting and greeting people.

Before our early retirement to this special part of the uk from south east London, and after bringing up our children, I had my own dog walking business for 7 years! So another passion of mine are animals.

I am more than happy to advise and recommend, or simply let you chill and take it all in your stride!

Why they chose this property

This is a magical part of our country, with so much to offer.
From Rangers View we offer, in walking distance, pubs, a coffee shop, woodland walks, vineyards and cycling down quiet lanes. Hop in the car and before you know it you will find beaches, castles and the medieval town of Rye, Battle and Hastings.
What’s not to love!!

What makes this property unique

Our little gem offers it all!
It is well furnish and cozy with beautiful views and a garden, and close to everything required for a fabulously relaxing break.
