Recently remodeled, come to Maui and enjoy this stylish and clean Hotel Style Room in the Tropical Setting of the Maui Banyan Resort. This unit is located on the second floor with a small lanai that is great for watching sunset or enjoying your morning coffee. There is elevator access or a quick and easy walk to both pool and beach. The updated in-condo bar area is great for quick meals and coffee. Set up with a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, dishware and utensils for your convenience during your stay. Queen size Tempurpedic bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, USB plugs and WiFi for your comfort. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and cooler all included with your stay.

There is free parking in the multi level Parking Structure and several smaller overflow parking lots. There is a tennis court, 2 pools/jacuzzis each with 5 BBQ's and covered eating areas all surrounded by tropical flowers and foliage. This complex is located across the street from the beautiful Kamaole 2 Beach Park which is great to enjoy snorkeling, swimming, standup paddle boarding, surfing and sun bathing. Maui is known for its beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from all three Kamaole Beach Parks.

South Kihei has many restaurants, dining options, grocery stores, retail and water sports shops within walking distance. A short drive will take you to World Class Golfing, dining and exclusive shopping at the Shops of Wailea.

For those who choose not to rent a car, there is local bus service along South Kihei Road. Unit is professionally cleaned at every check in and check out.

Anne was a wonderful host and was extremely communicative. We arrived in the Kona low storm so the entire island was a little chaotic weather-wise. Flooding, water was off temporarily as well as power (obviously no fault of the property). It was restored as quickly as possible and Anne checked in on us regularly, gave us a lantern and was very accomodating. She offered a late checkout which was also very wonderful. We will definitley book again when we go back for a re-do on that trip :-)

Anne the host is wonderful and friendly, if you need anything she is right there helping you. We loved staying at Anne’s VRBO. We got to meet her as we were coming in and she was very pleasant and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Luckily we did not as the studio had everything we needed. The studio was just exactly as pictured, and in a good location with beaches and lots of food options nearby. Studio was also stocked with extra towels, beach chairs, cups, dishes, etc. The AC also works great. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Anne!

I love the proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc and all in walking distance. The property is well maintained and provides security in addition to beauty.

What makes this property unique

I love waking up to the sound of the local bird population: lovebirds, myna birds, finches and franklins to name a few, and lovely warm evenings and the sound of the ocean. This really is "Paradise"
