On the ground floor there is a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Next, the living-dining room offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with dining table, sofa, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. From here you can access, through double doors, a pleasant terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.



The upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, houses the rest area. Here you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and access to a lovely balcony. The second bedroom features a practical trundle bed, ideal for an adult or two children. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

The property is very well situated just 500 metres from Primer Montañar rocky beach and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the port area and 20 minutes to Arenal Beach and Jávea town centre. Furthermore, it is surrounded by all services, with a Mercadona supermarket just 30 metres away and very close to the well-known restaurant La Siesta. Jávea golf course is 6 km away and Montgó Natural Park is 8 km away. It is also 50 km from Terra Mítica amusement park.
