Our condo features a keyless entry door lock, so you won't need to keep track of any keys during your stay.



Located on the 23rd floor of this impeccably designed vacation rental, you'll overlook the pools, lazy river, and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the spectacular views from the pirate Gulf-front balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. At over 1,950 sq ft, the condo is very spacious, featuring new flooring throughout, updated furnishings, and a touch of beach luxury.



The unit is appointed with full-size appliances, a tiled kitchen kick plate, a wet bar with an ice maker, a 75" Roku SMART TV in the living room, a 50" HDTV in the master bedroom, and 42" HDTVs in both the second and third bedrooms. The laundry room comes equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen includes expansive granite countertops and custom cabinetry. For sleeping arrangements, there are 2 master bedrooms with king beds, a third bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional bedding.



The amenities at this Phoenix West condo are abundant. The entire building has updated wi-fi connections. The complex boasts a lazy river, cork-screw water slide, zero-entry outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddie pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, state-of-the-art fitness center, four saunas, and rooftop a tennis court..



Please note, there is a minimum age limit of 25 to reserve the unit, which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all the amenities and direct boardwalk access to the beach. Please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3-bedroom unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes. The front desk will sell additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Spring Break 2025

We spent our spring break with another family this year. We were happy with the condo as it accommodated our two families nicely. The open space in the living room, kitchen and dining room made it nice. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer on site!

Clean. Updated. Great view from balcony. Loved the extra ice machine so that we could fill up the cooler for the beach and still have ice in the freezer. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great time spent with family

We have been coming to Orange Beach area for over 25 years. Phoenix West was the best place we have stayed with all of its amenities available. The condo itself was large enough for 3 adults and one 7 year old child. We had a great time and will return next year!!!

Great week but won’t go back because of elevators

Reviewer Comments: PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to check out on a Saturday (I hear Sunday is bad too), you will spend your whole morning trying to get in the elevator and it will be infuriating.We had a great stay in this condo. Clean, comfy beds, and great views! It’s important to me to have a washer and dryer, outdoor furniture, and room for everyone on the couches and this place hit all the marks. The kids loved the lazy river with the slide and the indoor pool. We had a great week. It was unfortunate that we had to end out great stay standing in line for elevators for 2 hours when we were trying to leave for our 10 hour drive home. It took 45 minutes to get on an elevator to go down and get a luggage cart. 30 minutes to get that luggage cart back on another elevator to go up to our condo. And 45 more minutes to get the full luggage cart back on an elevator to get down to our car. The management for Phoenix West needs to figure out a way to solve this problem. I was told by a condo owner and a maintenance worker that this happens every weekend.

Wonderful slice of heaven!

There were 3 bedrooms, each with their own attached bath, as well as a separate hall bath. The kitchen was fantastic and well-appointed with everything we would need to cook for ourselves (we wanted to avoid restaurants as much as possible due to COVID, although we did go to some open-air places in the area). The condo had plenty of space for all of us and worked really well.The only thing to keep in mind is this is on the 23rd floor of a beachfront high-rise. The balcony, while nice, was also terrifying for anyone afraid of heights - and I would definitely not let any little kids out there at all. Our youngest is 9 and we were hesitant to let her get close to the railing. A few times we felt like we were in the clouds because on misty, rainy days you couldn't see the ocean at all. On sunny days it was breathtakingly beautiful.Along with that, there was an issue with the elevators being incredibly slow during peak times, as I'm sure other reviewers have pointed out. We waited about 20 minutes for an available elevator one day. The stairs are an option that we took advantage of (going down, of course!). This issue, however, would not deter us from staying here again.Overall the property was beautiful -- luxurious, even -- and our kids greatly enjoyed the pool area, both indoors and outdoors. The lazy river and slide are great amenities to have when you don't feel like going to the beach. One of the things that drew us to this property was the ability to rent chairs on the beach, rather than bring our own. That worked well - you tell the attendant how many days you would like the chairs and umbrella, and they set them up every day for you with reserved signs. It was nice to have a designated area on the beach each day so you didn't have to fight for space.Overall, we highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The furniture in all the rooms were very comfortable. If one is short, the bed in the primary suite was high but comfortable. I do have one issue as the place was not up to the regular standards that I expect from VRBO. The floors were dirty as our white socks and the soles of our feet were black from walking on the floors in the unit. I saw several types of cereal under one of the couches and yes, I moved the couch and swept the cereal up as it bugged me. One of the secondary bathrooms had a patch of black stuff on the shower wall. Again, we have never had an issue with cleanliness in a unit at this facility before this visit, so I am hoping that this is an exception as the unit itself was very nice and we would come back here.
