Unit 42- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This fully remodeled beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use. The Living Room has a sofa and a recliner chair and a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The master bedroom also has a 42” TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo has tile throughout with two area rugs. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

On the beach!

Beautiful building 50 feet from the beach. Great pool. Perfect balcony/porch overlooking the Gulf and beach. This unit is perfect and only needs one thing, a new mattress for the bed.

Best Beach

Property great. Location even better. Did have to pay $50 for a later check out of 1 hour. No beach towel trade in. So if not doing laundry (it’s vacation) you are stuck with same beach towels for your stay. Overall - a great place.

This was our fourth time staying at Palm Bay.The only issue was one of the elevators was out of order. I believe the elevators were newly installed but one was out of order. Slightly inconvenient but overall experience was terrific!!I absolutely loved the open balcony. All the past condos I’ve stayed in had an enclosed balcony.The condo was very comfortable.

We enjoyed being able to walk right to the beach as well as the bayside pool and hot tub. We didn't use some of the other amenities because the beach was so nice and convenient. Only "complaint" we had some noisy teens in the room beside us and were at times a bit loud on the beach that we could hear, but hey, I guess thats what teens do. It didn't ruin our stay, just took a little away from our sleep after midnight. Overall we loved our time here at Palm Bay!

The only complaint I have is that every time the ac came on, it sounded like a door slamming and ran so loud that we had to close the bedroom door to lessen it. Also, the property did show signs of water damage around the front windows.
