This penthouse #1312 is located on the top floor with an incredible view of the ocean and Grace Bay beach with miles of white sand and turquoise water . It is the premier suite at this resort and in the building closest to the ocean. It was recently updated!
We are located on the best snorkeling reef on the island and Somewhere Cafe and lounge is onsite for your enjoyment. When you stay at this condo you get welcome rum punch, daily maid service, 2 x 20 min de-stress massages (7 night minimum stay) and onsite management office to assist you with excursions, restaurant reservations, car rentals and diving trips.

Imagine a vacation in a luxurious beachfront Penthouse which has a wraparound terrace with panoramic views of Grace Bay - 12 miles of powder soft white sand and brilliant azure blue waters. This spacious (2128sq. ft. incl. balcony) beautifully appointed suite offers 32ft. of sliding glass walls that open up the unit to the expansive terrace and unobstructed views of Grace Bay. There are beautifully crafted wooden vaulted cathedral ceilings throughout this exclusive suite, as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, along with upscale furnishings. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet with safe, TV, and sliding glass door to the terrace. The primary bedroom includes a large soaker tub, double vanity and separate shower. The second bedroom includes full bathroom with shower, king size bed, covered garden view balcony, TV and a large closet.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed the stunning view of the balcony, the comfortable furnishings were nice, the location with the coral reef directly in front of the property provided a great snorkeling experience, and the restaurant, Somewhere, was convenient and food was always good. The property itself could use some tlc, but overall would recommend staying here.

Great place in paradise!

We had such a great stay, place was as described in the listing. Beautiful property great beach with snorkeling right there. Somewhere restaurant is great to have so close. Check in and check out was easy, everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back.

Best view ever!

This was our second visit to this condo and it is great! Has everything you need and everyone at the resort is so helpful, especially Verne, Prince, and Jerome. You can't beat the view, the beautiful beach and the location is great to many restaurants.

The penthouse has an incredible ocean view and massive sliding glass doors that open front to back, floor to ceiling....the balconies are some of the largest on the island. We have in suite laundry, 2100 sq ft of living space and 2 bedrooms with separate en-suites and king beds. Enjoy the snorkeling reef right off the beach, go parasailing from the beach, pack up a lunch on a boat excursion (pick up at the beach) and enjoy meals and drinks at the Somewhere Cafe and Lounge onsite. Great views and location.

The property is like the pictures, large unit, comfy furniture, good amenities. Very close to the beach with a large balcony for relaxing. Located just off the Bight Reef which has excellent shore snorkelling- coral, and hundreds of colourful fish. We had a car which is handy to get to restaurants and excursions. Local snorkelling trips and diving were amazing. Resort provides daily house keeping, beach towels and beach chairs which wsa great. Restaurant is a great place to watch the sunset.

Fantastic views and great setting!

We spent a week in the 3rd floor penthouse and enjoyed stellar views, a quaint & comfortable setting, and overall a clean condo with daily housekeeping. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful in every way! Excellent snorkeling right outside your door and Somewhere Cafe onsite is great for food and drinks. We'll be back! Of all the possibilities in Provo, we would choose this condo and location again!

Wonderful getaway

We had a great stay at Coral Gardens and would recommend the property to others looking for a perfect alternative to a busy resort. Tyler was fabulous and so helpful and the cleaning staff restocked towels and tidied up daily. The reef is located right outside our door for snorkeling and the water is the brightest turquoise I’ve ever seen. Thank you for sharing your property with me and my family.

Coming back FOR SURE.

Hard to put into words how sweet this stay was. Right on Coral Reef so super easy to snorkel which we did multiple times every day. Huge variety of fish, rays, eel, see turtles All staff so friendly and helpful and the wonderful and daily housekeeping is a rare find. Beds comfy, balcony furnishings comfortable and lovely. Convenient to dining and it's the pick up spot for lots of water sports. We chartered a boat for the day from M&J charters, another perfect experience.

A Long Weekend Get Away

I came down with my wife our one of our good friends for a long birthday weekend. Although we didn't get the best weather we had a great time! The property is clean, quiet, and in a great location. The water is crystal clear and the reef for snorkeling is right off the resort. The Somewhere Cafe, basically on the property offered great food and drinks while we were on the premises. All the staff was friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to returning in the near future, hopefully with better weather!

Great Christmas location

This top floor condo is in great condition. It is everything as described. The only challenge is the construction on the other side of the property. The Chinese crews have no respect for times that they work. Tyler the manager on duty is amazing. Somewhere restaurant has great Mexican food and drinks. Snorkeling is good for first timers. But for much better snorkeling go to Smiths Stevens Reef. Baci has incredible Italian at a great price. Beach has incredible sand and is very clean.

Great Vacation!

We couldn’t ask for more. The 2-bedroom villa was very spacious and the views were unbelievable. We spent many days snorkeling right off the beach and also taking advanatage of the many activities - parasailing, fish fry, jet skis, tubing - that the island has to offer. Our three boys (18,16,12) were never bored and wiped out by the end of each day. It was very convenient to have Somewhere Cafe right next door as well. Bottom line is if you want some privacy and still be able to take advantage of everything the island has to offer, then Coral Gardens is for you. Jamy was very helpful and available whenever needed. Leanne was fantastic too. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back! John

The View! Simply Incredible!

Okay a few minor things first. The unit is definitely dated - older furniture & appliances, flooring, doors, cabinets, etc. HOWEVER, they all mean NOTHING when you are constantly reminded of that view! When we first walked in, we were blown away! And for the rest of our week long stay, we kept the living room window-doors completely open so that the patio, and therefore the ocean, was an incredible extension of the apartment! The location is excellent, with the ability to walk along the beach into town. The best reef for snorkeling is right outside your door. Plus, when we did want to explore the island, we rented a car that they delivered right to our door (and picked up from you too btw). We'd highly recommend spending a day or two at Sapodilla Bay btw, of all the beaches in the world we've been to, it is one of the best! Leanne & Jamy were excellent to work with and ensured everything was taken care of. The internet connection was only 5-10 MBps but that was enough for us to work from the patio each day without complaint (hopefully they get 50-150 MBps upload/download speed one day). The Somewhere restaurant is right on the patio and serves all day (try the fajitas, we had them 5 times in 7 days!). The IGA is a 20-30 minute walk and part of it is along the highway, which doesn't have a sidewalk, which made it interesting our first time. Definitely doable, however a car or taxi would be better. Management was great, Jerome setting up beach chairs every morning was awesome! Housekeeping was super nice and efficient Loved having the beautiful reef and somewhere cafe at our doorstep! We actually stayed in the unit below this one 1212....a little mix up with VRBO, unit 1212 could use a little love. But comfy beds and great AC!!

Can’t beat this view!

I’d highly recommend booking this property if you want an amazing view and want to be as close to the ocean as you can get! It takes 2 seconds to walk from the condo to the water, the condo itself was clean, comfortable, had a great balcony. Housekeeping came everyday to offer to clean, bring fresh towels, etc. Overall I would definitely recommend for families, couples, anyone coming to stay on the island! If we come back we will be staying here again, thank you!

Propert location is perfect

We enjoyed our stay! The property location is fantastic! The beach is almost private with little or no crowds and the reef is very convenient for snorkeling. The property itself is a little dated, but clean and spacious and the price is right. The service manager and housekeeping did a great job and Jamy is very friendly and responsive. I would have given 5 stars but the property needs a little work, missing ceiling fan on balcony, minor repairs needed in master bath and 2nd bath and no elevator. Tough on the knees lugging suitcases/groceries up the stairs. But overall a great experience and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet/comfortable getaway.

Guests love this boutique resort, the warm staff and the fact that the best snorkeling is steps from our door.
