Appartement et résidence très agréable

L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et est idéalement placé. La piscine est un énorme plus. L’accueil fut excellent, très chaleureux. Nathalie et Fabrice nous ont donné plein de belles adresses et activités à faire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

L'accueil et les explications furent parfaits, les instructions et les conseils méticuleusement préparés, et le logement idéal. La localisation est à quelques minutes en voiture de la Rochelle, au calme, avec un grand jardin, une piscine avec sauna, et toute la fonctionnalité nécessaire à de bonnes vacances en famille. Merci.

Havre de paix!

Nous sommes enchantés des 15 jours passés dans cet appartement l'été dernier (août). L'appartement est beau, calme, spacieux, agréable, lumineux et pratique. Les communs sont très propres et le gardien est toujours là pour nous venir en aide. Cet appartement est également idéal avec des enfants car les terrasses donnent directement dans le parc (clôturé et très bien entretenu). Les parents peuvent les surveiller tout en prenant l'apéro! :-) C'était aussi top de faire un saut à la piscine après une journée de ballade. L'appartement est aussi très bien placé car il suffit de prendre le bus (arrêt tout proche) pour être en 10/15 minutes dans le centre de La Rochelle. Les propriétaires ont également laissé beaucoup de documentation pour donner aux locataires pleins d'idée d'excursions! Alors n'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement pour découvrir La Rochelle et ses environs!

Nous avons passé l'année dernière une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé sans vis à vis, et rien à redire sur le confort et la propreté. Le petit plus non négligeable, la piscine, qui occupe bien les journées les moins ensoleillées.

A great holiday venue near La Rochelle

Our family of 4 adults and two children found this a very comfortable place to spend a week. We were given a friendly welcome and loved the big windows overlooking the large private garden. All facilities were modern and well maintained. A car was needed for shopping but a good bus service outside went to La Rochelle city centre. Thank you Fabrice and Nathalie

Location idéale

J’ai énormément apprécié notre séjour fin Aout 2014 chez Fabrice et Nathalie. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis dans un appartement moderne, fonctionnel, très propre, au milieu d’un grand parc. On se trouve à la fois dans La Rochelle et en même temps en pleine nature et les deux terrasses de l’appartement y apportent un charme particulier. Je recommande cette location sans réserve.
