Beautiful Elegant, Cozy Townhouse just 3 minutes walk to Safeway, Starbucks, liquor store and the free shuttle "The Ride " to Winter Park downtown (3miles) and Ski resort (6miles). Enjoy mountain living with all the necessities just minutes away from snow tubing, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and hiking/biking trails.
Full kitchen , Coffee maker with coffee and sugar/creamer and essential to cook. In unit washer/dryer in with detergent.
Each room has a TV and living room has a Surround system. High speed WiFi and Comcast Cable . Plenty of free parking across the condo. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Everything was fantastic! James was an incredibly accommodating host. The condo is located an easy walking distance from Safeway and the shuttle stop, even when traveling with kids. We had everything we needed supplied and very much appreciated that the kids had a bunk room and their own bathroom. We are very grateful and enjoyed our time!

Fun in Fraser

We really enjoyed our stay and this condo is the perfect place to start each day from. So close to Winter Park and Snow Mountain Ranch but not in the crowds. James is an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great ski spot

We loved staying at this place. It is very convenient, right behind the Fraser Safeway. Very easy commute to the slopes. It was warm (radiant heat!), clean, cozy, and plenty of room for a husband/wife and nineteen year old. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two full bedrooms, two full baths, spacious living area.

Very clean. The only thing that could use improvement is the bunk beds. For kids they are fine, but.

We loved the proximity to the river trail and grocery store. It was also very close to the recreation center where we took the hot air balloon ride. Beautiful setting in the spectacular mountains. Thank you

Great Condo!

This is a very nice condo that is in a great location right in the middle of Fraser behind the Safeway. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. It is close to the Winter Park Resort. The owner is easy to work with. Parking is right in front.

Cozy Peaceful Feeling

This condo is so cozy and peaceful. I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I walked in. I needed a quiet escape from the city and a relaxing place to decompress after a day at the Winterpark Jazz Fest. It was the perfect place to come for a four day weekend. It is in a location that is quiet but close to the grocery store and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. This place would be amazing anytime of the year! It has all the utensils, dishware and items needed for preparing meals. I would stay agin in a heartbeat and bring a few family members or friends along to enjoy it with me.

Close Convenient and Clean

From booking through our stay, James' communication was awesome and timely. We got delayed on our way out and he made arrangements to put the O2 machine we rented into the condo. The condo was clean and just what we needed for our ski vacation. We have stayed in the area several times before and this by far is the most convenient to WP for either driving or taking the Black/Purple line bus to the hill. Also the in-unit laundry was helpful for minimalist packing for our trip.

Waterside Condo Fraser

Beautiful condo in Fraser, perfect location to everything a family needs! Property had everything that it listed and was very clean on arrival and ready for us. My family enjoyed the board games and the kitchen had everything for us to cook our meals. Perfect Location

Overall this property is very good and the owner is super easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the water heater going out on 23-Dec and the owner had a maintenance guy out that night and then a plumbing contractor out on Christmas Eve. Only complaint is that the kitchen is kind of sparse and for a family of 4 we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Of note, not really a complaint, is that if the complex gets busy they can run out of parking spaces so be mindful of that.

Super clean & convenient condo

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for two months. It was exactly as listed in the photos, and was very clean when we arrived. It’s located very conveniently about 10 minutes from Winter Park. James was also very communicative and helpful with any questions we had!
