Cozy Luxury Remodel, Fantastic Backyard! Walk in 5 minutes to CSU/Old Town

Best location in town for proximity to CSU and Old Town! This Upscale Downtown Vibe is a private apartment suite located in the lower level below a beautifully remodeled Historic House in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Close to CSU and Old Town, it is the perfect location for anyone wishing to visit our amazing community and close to art and culture, multiple Breweries, restaurants and dining. Each room is equipped with a collection of Vinyl records and record player.

Built in 1905, it has been lovingly restored and modernized with your comfort in mind in 2017. This one bedroom, (queen bed)1 bathroom, with an amazing kitchen and bathroom, shared front porch and a back patio area will make your stay a place to relax, unwind and enjoy! This is the lower separate unit of a historic house and other guests might be staying above during your stay. As the house is built in 1905, there might be some noise transference. Might hear some footsteps from above, but rate is priced accordingly.

Easy access by foot or bike to the beautiful Colorado State University campus and the excitement of Old Town which is blocks away:))

Remington Street is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. It is a short walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment. Originally a street where much of the university housing was supplied, the neighborhood has become a transitional zone with homes and businesses in close proximity to one another.

Our home is close to mass transit locations such as the MAX line - a north to south line that spans the city limits of Fort Collins as well as public access to Zagster bikes nearby. The home is located in walking distance to many of the best attractions in Fort Collins but is a short Uber ride from just about any brewery or other attraction around.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has everything that you need including a record player and a handful of vinyl records. This was perfect for relaxing between hiking or exploring Ft Collins. Communication with the host was fantastic. We appreciated the laundry facilities after hiking in RMNP. Easy walking distance to lots of different restaurants and CSU.

Very nicely appointed in a fantastic location

The location is fantastic. We could walk north to old town or the CSU area and a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. Or walk the old dirt Collins neighborhoods under the trees and all the old houses. We drive to the Gateway Natural Area and it took maybe 20mins to be in a canyon and hiking.Everything in the property is very nice. Appliances, decor, materials, etc.If we are back in town we will definitely look to be staying here.
