Lovely 3 bedroom beach house 1 block from 3 private association beaches. Cottage includes 3 bedrooms on the second floor, open living room/kitchen area, large 4 season front porch, laundry room and beautiful back deck with out door shower. Great family friendly neighborhood! Close to Old Saybrook town center, 20 minutes Mystic Aquarium/Seaport and 25 minutes from Mohegan Sun Casino. Come and enjoy!
