This beach house is amazing! The location and host are the best. This home will make you feel like you’ve been invited to share a family’s special summer beach camp. All the necessities you need to enjoy the beach are available and you won’t want to leave.

Fantastic location - can't be beat. The place itself was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Great communicative hosts as well. We loved the views, access to the beach and ocean, the whole town and how well the hosts prepared the space for their guests.

Giac's is truly a special place! The location is gorgeous and close to town, the hosts are communicative and gracious, the home was warm, spotless, and thoughtfully supplied. We enjoyed walks on the beach collecting shells and sea glass, lots of time swimming, fishing, excursions into town, reading on the couch, the sound of the waves as we fell asleep, sunrises and sunsets, family dinners, toes in the sand and so much more. We would recommend this home to others and would love to stay here again. Thank you, Giac’s, for your kindness and hospitality. What a perfect vacation!

We absolutely love staying at this house. We have stayed several times now and it just gets harder to leave. It is very clean and comfortable. The time spent sitting/eating on the large beachfront porch serenaded by the sound of the ocean waves just steps away is our favorite. I’ll miss the beach walks, dolphins, seals, and sunsets until next time.

Beach stay, for 3 days, was really good. The house is on the beach. They really try to make it a wonderful stay. I would stay at this location anytime. There are 2 parking spots on property.

Magical little beach house on the sand
