Ski-out/ski-in, five-star, two-bedroom condominium, With a ski lift on each side of the lodge!
Located in the Grand Timber Lodge, Breckenridge, Northwest, Colorado, USA (at base of Breckenridge Ski Resort between Peaks 7 and 8).

Accommodation is a PENTHOUSE condominium - two bedrooms-Master with King bed plus convertible Couch - two baths. Lock off has Queen bed and Queen couch sleeper - The two rooms sleeps eight--plus many kids on the floor IF NEEDED..

Come spend a week during peak ski season at the five-star Grand Timber Lodge Resort. Right between Peaks 7 and 8 at Breckenridge, Grand Timber provides ski-in and ski-out access to some of the best skiing in North America.

Relax after a great day of skiing in your choice of two pools, six hot tubs, a fitness center, or just pamper yourself at the Grand Victorian Day Spa and Salon. Eat and drink at Grand Timber's Lodge Pole Bar and Grill or walk or take the FREE SHUTTLE to any of the great restaurants Breckenridge has to offer.

This large, two-bedroom condominium boasts a master suite with a king-size bed and over-size jetted tub, full kitchen and dining area, living room with pull-out sofa [sleeps 2] and fireplace, and a studio lock-off suite with a queen-size bed, full bath, kitchenette, and pull-out sofa [sleeps 2].

This condominium has plenty of room, sleeps eight comfortably with room for a roll about[ if kids have duffel bags there us plenty of floor space while adults use the beds], The lodge is a ski out/ski in facility, and is the perfect place to enjoy your ski vacation. Do not forget to take advantage of their great concierge service to book additional activities such as guided ski tours, snowmobile tours, snowshoeing, or other reservations. The town usually has many special functions
to enjoy. There is a ski shop on the property with equipment rental or sales as well as clothing sales..this time of the year most shops offer UP TO 70 % discounts.
Each building has a HEATED garage below the building. But if you don't want to drive to town the lodge offers a free shuttle service.


It may be rented as a two bedroom, one bedroom with full kitchen, or as a sleep four studio with kitchenette.

Very nice property with lots of amenities. We Have stayed multiple times. Shuttle service works nicely. Ski in ski out Isn’t the easiest compared To others but it doesn’t keep us from coming back. Rooms Are spacious and it’s our first option.

Great place to stay in Breck!

Great location and great service! The Grand Timber Lodge has it all. Our room was very conveniently located in the main building, although all the buildings seems to be very centrally located. It had all the amenities and the staff was great if anything was needed. We especially liked the free shuttle around town, the drivers were very helpful and friendly. The short walk to ski in/ski out was worth it, and the Christy's Sports located on property, made renting skis a breeze. Next time in Breck, we'll stay at the Grand Timber!

Kirstin: sorry that the facility was now up to your expectation. I have not been to the Grand Timber Lodge in a few years due to the pandemic andmy own health. They charge each owner a "HOA"fee of at least $1000/year for each unit you own. They send out a summary of where the money is spent and much is on keeping units in new condition. I will speak to the Board of directors about your concern. As to the "ski out-ski in" the are at least 2 lifts I am aware of. As you enter the last street the Lodge is on, at the beginning there is a small lift that you can ski to that will take you to half way up the mountain where you can catch the main lift that starts in town that will take you to the top. UNLESS they have made changes I am not aware of you can ski to Both of these lifts, I have done both when I last visited Breckenridge. The main lift in town is about a 15 minute ski to get to. When skiing down, there is a small trail you can take that will take you through a housing development, it's referred to as "The Golden Triangle" because these houses are ALL in the multi-million dollar price range, and as you ski through and view the houses it brings you out on the back side of Grand Timber property buy christy's ski shop is located and from there you can ski to the building you were assigned to. Next year {weeks 7 & 10-Feb and March} if you plan to go back to Breckenridge, email me at Mineraldude at yahoo and we can talk. Again I am sorry for the conditions, But I do want to Thank you for staying with me atmy unit. AGAIN THANKS MUCH!!!

great stay

We really enjoyed staying at sawmill. Very comfortable and convenient all around. The 2 tips I would give.... figure out how to walk/ski to the snowflake lift so you can avoid the shuttle and lines at beaver run. The other is to ask for a robe when you check in. It seems you have to ask for them as they are not provided in the unit. This will make for a better hot tub experience.

Wow was much more then I expected-will return again

Spent the best 7 nights I ever had skiing and snowboarding. The unit was far more then what I expected. Had every amenity that home has and staff to clean and replace the towels & linens. This owner made all the arrangements with the lodge and had emails confirming everything. WHAT SERVICE!!!!! Will be back next year.

Truely a 5 Star Resort,gr...

Truely a 5 Star Resort,great accomadations. Lodge has a pro-shop to rent equipment and get lift tickets. Lifts are just outside the lodge..really a Ski Out-Ski In. Everything you could ask for in a relaxing vacation...can't wait to go back again..Unit owners were very helpful in renting the unit during school spring break.

My son holds an associates in Criminal Justice, and is presently serving in the United States Marines. We travel when possible to Colorado to visit Friends.

Why they chose this property

The fact that Breckenridge has stopped building in town and Grand Timber Lodge is Located ON the mountain making it the best 'SKI IN-SKI OUT' facility. There will be no more resorts located this close to town. It is located in an area called 'Golden Triangle' where all homes are multi million dollar homes. It is also sought after by European skiers when their season comes to a end to continue skiing.

What makes this property unique

There is an club house in the main lodge. Also a sports bar and grill. They Have a luxury SPA and a pool that is half indoors and half outdoors. There are outdoor pools and hot tubs. With a ski shop on site it makes it easy to rent and get service including ski locker rentals. They have TWO (2) lifts that you can ski to from the lodge. They have heated garages under the condo buildings.
