The chalet is located in the centre of Les Carroz d’Arâches (400 m away from the shops), at the foot of the slopes (250 m from the Télé-École novice track ski lift). From a very quiet neighbourhood you are facing nature (forest and mountains).

The chalet is fully equipped: one television per bedroom, household appliances in duplicate (2 dishwashers, 2 fan assisted hot-air ovens, 2 microwaves), a double-door refrigerator, a large induction plates cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, classical coffee maker. In the game room you will find a table football game and a billiard. The lounge has a high ceiling and a custom-made granite fireplace. There is also a mezzanine.

Two high chairs and two folding beds for children are available for free.

The sink’s drain board is cut in the mass of the granite worktop. It has a professional tap. All kitchen necessities for up to 15 people are provided: pots, pressure cooker, food processor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, classical coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glasses in large quantities, etc.
- High ceiling (up to 4.5 m) living room with visible beams and a custom-made granite fireplace, conform to the kitchen’s work surface. In this designer atmosphere area you will find 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a television and potentiometer spots allowing you to temper the light.
