Towel & Linen Service:
The Island Manor Resort is an environment-friendly resort. In an effort to conserve both water and energy, we do not offer daily towel & linen services. We offer a mid-week towel exchange to all weekly guests. Charges apply for additional towel or linen services. There is no daily maid service. Additional room cleaning is available at the rate $35/studio or $45/one-bedroom for each cleaning. For other housekeeping requests please contact the front desk.
Handicap Accessibility:
Please note that the resort has two floors but does not have an elevator. Handicap parking is available to those who apply. Please call the resort in advance to inquire about accessibility.
Rules & Regulations:
Check Out is 10:00am. Late departure subject to partial or full day charge.
Registered Party must be 21 or older and is responsible for the actions of all members of his/her party and for any loss or damages. Credit card must be provided at check-in for security deposit.
No Smoking.
All owners and guests must refrain from smoking indoors. The Island Manor Resort actively promotes a smoke-free environment. In the event of a violation, the area will be professionally cleaned and sanitized and the individual(s) who violated this rule will be charged the cost of the cleaning/sanitization service (minimum charge will be $275).
No Pets allowed.
Quiet Time is 9:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect the privacy of others. Excessive noise must cease during this time.
Parking:
All vehicles must be registered with the front desk. Due to parking restrictions, only one vehicle may be parked in front of units. All boats, trailers, and additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot, to the left side of the property. Violators will be towed at expense of owner, daily fine of $100 and subject to pay the full cost to repair the parking lot if damaged. The Island Manor is not responsible for any loss or damages to any vehicles parked on the property.
