This house exceeded all expectations! Our family came down here with our little ones and it was the best trip/house hands down. We're all talking about making it an anual thing going forward. The location is amazing - right on the water but walking distance to town and the ferry. The house has so much charm - the downstairs has plenty of space to hang out, the kitchen is larger and spacious for the beach town and the primary bedroom is super expansive. would recommend 11/10

What a fabulous house for our adult family! Plenty of space for cooking, playing games and relaxing in individual spaces.The beach is a wonderful plus. Fabulous location!

Great location, with a ton of space in the main living areas to enjoy the vacation. We didn’t feel crammed in there, even though a lot of houses on balboa island are small. Highly recommend, we will be coming back!

Dream Home on the Island
