I believe this property is one of the most scenic properties in all the VRBO listings. The views from the property are fantastic. It is centrally located making access to area attractions very easy.

Water's Edge is a very special home. The view is spectacular! We saw harbor seals, great blue herons, loons, deer, wild turkeys, a porcupine, kingfisher and many other birds. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Sunrises were magnificent. The night sky and milky way were beautiful. Delicious sea food and hikes through forests to the beach are nearby. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

Our stay at Waters Edge was awesome! The views are unbeatable and we loved seeing seals, bald eagles, and loons right outside the windows. Our kids loved the loft area and especially loved exploring the shoreline for seashells and sea glass. The house is convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We loved exploring the Schoodic Peninsula portion of the park for the first time. Dean is a great host, even setting up a generator when a storm knocked out power at the house. We would highly recommend and would love to come back.

We’ve been here four years in a row because of this house (and Maine in general). Honestly, you’ll want to just sit and stare at the water. It’s really the perfect getaway to recharge and relax.

The view was worth a million bucks, the home was very well stocked and clean. Had great communication with our host, Dean and no problems at all on arrival. We saw deer, raccoon, chippy munks, turkey and a bald eagle flying right past the front windows everyday. Great stay!

We had a great stay! The views here were fantastic and the house was very clean. It was an easy drive into most of Acadia, but we had a hard time wanting to leave the adirondack chairs out back by the water.

We loved our stay at the Water’s Edge! There was plenty of space for us and our baby. It was especially nice to have the washer and dryer. You could comfortable fit 6 in this house! The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. Thanks for a great stay!

This is our second stay at Water's Edge. We love this house and the owners make sure that the property is well maintained, comfortable and welcoming. Watching the seals play in the bay from the patio was especialy fun. When we go back to Hancock Point, we will be staying here again!
