We really enjoyed the penthouse view with amazing sunsets. The beach was calm and was easy to swim off of the beach in front of our unit with a couple of showers to rinse off conveniently located. We would definitely stay again!

Nice property directly on the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances. The condo kept cool and the bed was comfortable. The ocean views were spectacular. The pool and hot tub were nice when we could use them. The property was well maintained. We would stay here again.

Nice ocean view and enjoyable to sit on the lanai and listen to the waves. The place was well equipped with good kitchen supplies. Kihei is a nice location central to the island with quick access to the airport.

This was our 2nd time to stay at the Sugar Beach Resort complex. This place is amazing! Right on the beach and great location to start all kinds of excursions! Room was very clean and very comfy!

We arrived early and the host was more than accommodating; he was fair and gave explicit instructions.The property was renovated so felt modern. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating around it.The only thing to remember is this property is at the very north end of Kihei. This does mean that to any restaurants / bars or a decent beach will need a car.

Perfect condo for a couples getaway. Condo was clean, stocked and location is excellent. No need to rent beach gear when you stay here. Condo comes w beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, and 2 snorkel sets. Strongly recommend this unit for any couple looking for a quiet, relaxing stay or anyone exploring west and south Maui (centrally located). Plenty of free parking, pool area and grounds are clean. Elevators and shopping carts make grocery runs and hauling luggage/beach equipment a breeze. Host communication was fantastic. We’ll be back!
