Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui donne de bons conseils sur les randonnées, balades et visites à faire dans les alentours. La location est propre et très bien agencée. Dommage la Wifi et la climatisation seraient bien venue

Séjour du 20 juillet au 3 août

Super séjour dans une maison au top. Nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine et du très beau jardin. Les environs sont magnifiques ( lac du Salagou, le cirque de Mourèze, Saint Guilhem le desert……..). Jean François est accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. Je vous recommande cette location où il fait bon vivre.

Une maison très confortable, plein pied et une piscine sympa pour se détendre après le sport

Nous y sommes allés pour faire du VTT dans la région. L'hôte qui fait aussi du VTT nous a proposé de belles sorties. La région est très belle ; le paysage lunaire autour du lac de Salagou contraste magnifiquement avec le reste qui est calcaire. La maison est très confortable pour 3 couples ou 2 avec des enfants. L'endroit est très silencieux. Les villages aux alentours sont sympa et surtout Mourèze.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Pool sehr gepflegt, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nähere und weitere Umgebung bietet wunderare Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Tip: Cevennes / Causses (auch wenn man dazu ein wenig fahren muss) und die Grotte De Dargilan (ca 90 km nördlich) - wunderbar

Das Ferienhaus in Octon war perfekt für uns. Es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, genauso wie ein Ort, wo man auch einmal den ganzen Tag am tollen Pool relaxen konnte. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Jean Francois, der sehr freundliche Besitzer, hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps für Touren versorgt und ist immer für uns ansprechbar gewesen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Maison bien équipée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est située à un endroit stratégique pour visiter la région. La maison est très bien équipée, le seul petit inconvénient est le vis à vis au niveau de la piscine, qui devrait disparaître avec la végétation qui est un peu récente.

Un très agréable séjour.

Un accueil chaleureux et convivial de la part d'un propriétaire très disponible. Ses conseils sur les lieux à visiter sont précieux. La villa est très agréable, bien équipée, même si les vis-à-vis sont un peu proches. Le quartier est calme toutefois ce qui offre une certaine tranquillité. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et l'espace extérieur disponible autour de celle-ci. Le village d'Octon, accessible en moins de 15 minutes à pied et 3 minutes en voiture offre un cadre champêtre et dépaysant pour tout urbain. Je conseille cette location à ceux qui cherchent à découvrir cette belle région tout en voulant prendre un bain réconfortant à tout moment.

Perfect and idyllic

The property is situated in a small village and the surrounding areas are amazing - fresh water lakes where you can swim, kayak, sail, fish. There were more places to visit in our 2 week stay than we could find days available. The property was spacious clean with the facilities you require - large sofa, 3 good sized double rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Jeff was there to meet us and spent time giving us ideas on places to visit based on what we were looking to do - every suggestion was just as perfect as he’d explained. So overall great property and amazing location.

Séjour : juillet 2019 Propriétaires : Très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Toujours prêts à conseiller. Maison : Superficie correcte et extérieur très agréable. Mais les éléments qui composent la maison sont vieillissants. Notamment dans la cuisine où l’électroménager n’est pas de première génération (lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, cafetière). Situation géographique : le point d’intérêt principal est le lac du Salagou et les alentours sont splendides (gorges, cirques, etc.) Le bourg d’Octon est sympathique grâce à son café sur la place qui lui donne un peu de vie. Conclusion : nous avons passé un agréable séjour même si le prix de cette maison pourrait être revu à la baisse.

Very friendly hosts and nice house and location

We had an awesome stay of 2 weeks in the beginning of August in this house with Fanny and Francois. They were able to give us inside tips on beautiful locations to visit like for example nearby natural pools. The house is very nice and the pool is kept clean by them. Octon is a nice little village and you are within walking distance to the beautiful lake. (About 20-30 minutes, and the lake is big so of course its only one spot you can visit by foot, rest would be by car.) Thank you two for the nice stay and maybe we will see each other again!

excellente location dans une très belle région .

Deuxième séjour tout aussi enchanteur. Le bien est conforme à sa description et d'un usage très pratique. Nous l'avons trouvé très propre, bien équipé. Les propriétaires, que l'on aimerait avoir pour amis sont toujours aussi chaleureux, à l'écoute de nos besoins, et prodigues en informations de toutes sortes sur les activités touristiques. Le lac est une source inépuisable de distractions nautiques pour jeunes et moins jeunes. Son très beau paysage sert de décor naturel à quelques sympathiques restaurants où nous avons pu passer de très bonnes soirées en famille. La piscine , très bien entretenue, est une source de fraîcheur lors des retour d'expéditions à la découverte des nombreux sites touristiques environnants. A recommander.

très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines en juillet 2015. La maison est bien équipée pour une famille de 6 personnes, avec des chambres suffisamment spacieuses, agrémentée d'une belle piscine et d'une grande terrasse particulièrement appréciée pour les repas du soir. Et pour couronner le tout, la gentillesse des jeunes propriétaires, leur souci de rendre le séjour agréable et leurs bons conseils de visites de la région, qui est magnifique. Du reste, nous renouvellerons l'expérience en 2016!

Très bon séjour au Salagou !

Pour notre première escapade du côté du Salagou, nous sommes très satisfait. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle, la piscine est agréable et la région est splendide pour les amoureux de la nature. Jean-François a été aux petits soins avec nous, pour nous accueillir, nous conseiller et même m'accompagner pendant une sortie VTT ! A recommander.
