This was my second time staying at this cabin and it was just as incredible the second time as the first! The hosts are so amazing and quick to respond if we needed anything. The cabin is spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and is in a location that can’t be beat! We can’t wait to stay again!
Absolutely perfect place to do it all! Right in the heart of the action, but still in an area where you could get out of town. Definitely will stay here again.
Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The house was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
This was the best cared for and cleanest vacation rental our family has stayed in. The location was close to town. 5 minutes from a free parking lot at the City Hall to ride the free trolley into Gatlinburg. But it still felt like we were away from all the traffic and crowds. We were lucky enough to see a beautiful bear walking around the cabin property our first day there. The cabin a comfortable and spacious. Perfect for our family of 6.
Great cabin, convenient location to Gatlinburg downtown and national park gate. Great hot tub, comfortable beds, other than pullout couch upstairs (those are rarely comfortable). Clean, good bathrooms, fireplace. We would stay here again and it was very reasonable priced. Hosts were very helpful. Overall excellent experience for a family of 6.
The location of this cabin was perfect. Close to Gatlinburg with the nature experience. There were bear at the cabin daily. The cabin was beautiful and equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway. The only thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness. There was a pair of underwear in a closet, left from prior guest. The bedroom sheets had a sticker from a purchase that was stuck to it, that had not been washed. There was a lot of dust upstairs like the floors had not been swept for a while. The downstairs was mopped but was extremely wet when we checked in. The cleaning crew was getting in their car at the time of our check in. Also, the coffee pot had coffee still in it from a previous guest. All in all a great time, some attention to small cleaning details and this place would easily be rated a 10 out of 10!

We apologize that the cabin was not up to par. Sometimes things are missed, we strive to have the cleanest cabins as possible, we will pass this along to the cleaning crew. In your welcome letter there is a phone number that request you call if there is anything out of order or not up to standard to call us upon arrival. This gives us a chance to correct any issues on day 1. We wish you would have taken advantage of this option. Thanks for your feedback.
The cabin was wonderful. The host responded very fast to my questions. The location was so close to all the attractions, and helped us utilize our time.
I’ve stayed at this cabin twice now with some friends and it has been the best experience! The cabin is so close to everything and makes the stay so smooth!
