Beautiful one bedroom condo on the beach. Enjoy delicious ocean breezes and panoramic views from your private 5th floor balcony (top floor). Two full beds in bedroom and a sleeper sofa combine to accommodate 4. One and one-half baths, a complete kitchen with everything you need, washer and dryer, and a reserved parking spot. Excellent condition, great location on the northern end of the beach, enjoy quiet solitude while still being within walking distance of great restaurants, bars and attractions. The perfect Ocean City hideaway!

This property has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Sitting on the balcony you already thought ...Toes in the Sand. Condo was a comfortable stay. Secure parking was a plus.

First time staying on the north end of the beach. Except for the weekend the beach was pretty much deserted and very quiet. Loved the assigned parking space RIGHT by the elevator door. The unit was very comfortable, comparable to others we’ve stayed at nearer the boardwalk but a bit less expensive and a bit more well stocked with every possible thing you can think of. We’d recommend it.

Yes, the north end of the beach is not all giant condos. From 119 up the beaches are less crowded and quieter. Better restaurants and stores too!

Perfect Place for a Long Weekend!

A lot of reviews probably talk about the unit, so I'm going to point out that directly across the street there's a Food Lion where you can pick up fresh made sandwiches, fruit, hummus, and a dessert (we ate a different cake every night) and returned "home" to eat. Less expensive than the restaurants! And if this picture doesn't sell you on the condo, nothing will. There was nothing like raising the steel shutter in the morning and watching the sun rise.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! It is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds and furniture. It is stocked with everything we needed, plus more. The location is superb and the views are amazing. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was not our first time staying here, and it certainly won't be our last!

Unfortunately, our stay at this property did not live up to the expectations set by the many reviews mentioning how clean the home was.When we first walked in, there was a very strong, nauseating odor throughout the property. Thankfully, the smell eventually dissipated, but it was unpleasant upon arrival. We also found food left behind in the refrigerator from previous guests, hair in the shower, and what appeared to be dirt or grime on the bathroom floor.On the third day of our stay, we went to do laundry and discovered that the washing machine had what appeared to be significant black mold inside. I contacted the property owner to make him aware of the issue but never received a response.The location was very convenient and was close to the beach, just as advertised. However, based on our experience, the property is definitely in need of a more thorough cleaning as well as some updates and maintenance. Given the reviews emphasizing cleanliness, we were disappointed that our experience did not reflect those expectations.

Off season getaway

Love the location. Got to see many dolphins and a fox on the beach. Porch was a great viewing area to watch the world go by while enjoying coffee each morning

We just purchased our dream place on the beach. We've stayed in this building for years and have loved the location. We had been planning on buying a unit in this building when one opened up and we could afford it. When my father passed, we decided to invest our inheritance into something that we could enjoy, and would give joy to others. When we found out a 5th floor unit had just come on the market, we decided it was meant to be ours.

Why they chose this property

We like the north end of the beach. When we want the boardwalk, it's a short drive away. And there are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. But it gets quiet at night - when all we want to hear as we doze off is the gentle sound of breaking waves...
After each stay, your home away from home is professionally cleaned according to CDC guidelines. No lobby, direct access from your own parking spot to the elevator to the 5th floor unit.

What makes this property unique

Nothing like a private balcony on the beach. And the 5th floor of a low rise building is perfect - high enough to have an unobstructed view - top floor so no one is stomping around over your head, but not such a high rise that you feel unsafe. It's just ideal. We ask everyone to bring their own. OC Solutions can provide towels and sheets - https://ocsolutions.org - book directly with them. We also recommend Roses for inexpensive purchases of towels, linens, toiletry items, sunscreen, etc. In the unit, we have a personal - Bub's Beach Bungalow Book that is full of recommendations for great places to eat, shop, and fun tips to make your stay a beautiful experience. You have your own parking spot, in a safe gated parking lot.
