The Ocean is right in your backyard

This first floor unit is located right on the boardwalk to enjoy the surf and the sand, the patio is great for a plenty of sun and a BBQ using the gas grill, it is nicely furnished 3 couches one converts to a bed, flat panel TV, travertine floors, fabulous views of the ocean from the open living area, bar stools at the kitchen counter, the kitchen has granite countertops, nice appliances and a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and in-suite bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, there is a second bathroom in the hallway which is beautifully outfitted with a full bath.

Great place, good access, far enough away from the Pier and the crowds but close enough to stroll down for a nice meal/entertainment. Surfing is literally out the front door. Easy check-out process.

Nice place right on the ocean. Lots of seating in the main room. Large kitchen with peninsula. Six chairs on patio with a constant view of the waves. Short walk doen the boardwalk to restaurants, shops, grocery and bars. Beds were comfy. Our host was friendly and quick to help with all of our questions. One stall parking was provided in the garage although it was tight—just unload before backing in. laundry was also available in the garage. Street parking is first come first serve, but can be found; harder to find in the summer. I would stay again. Five star review.

Stayed here with my husband and our 3 young adult kids during Labor Day weekend. Prime location, close enough, yet far enough from bars and restaurants. Porch was perfect to watch our kids play volleyball, people watching and watch the amazing sunset. Host was responsive and helpful. This was an extremely hot weekend, so fans helped keep us somewhat cool during the nights. Perfect staycation for our family.

This was a great house with a great location. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Beautiful views from the kitchen and living room and the house.
