Unit G-24 is a beach style condo on the second floor Grand Tower with a private beach access. Take an elevator or stairs down to the ground level, step outside of the building and you are 40 steps away from the beautiful white sand beach. This beautiful beach is constantly rated as a top beach in the US. Walk or run in the morning and enjoy sunrise, relax, swim and catch some sun during the day and enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
Unit has two queen beds in the bedroom to accommodate 4 people comfortably. If needed sleeper sofa in the living room can be utilized for someone to sleep separately. Vegetation height is not allowing for a full possible view from the unit towards the beach but favorable price compensates that fact. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to cook. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric range are in the unit. There is a washer and dryer on the floor just outside of the unit in the utility room.
Palm Bay Club is a gulf to bay resort on Siesta Key Island and it has everything you will need to spend a great vacation. Resort has all of the amenities: two heated swimming pools and outdoor spa overlooking the bay. Two tennis courts are located beside the swimming pool . Bay side of the resort has a fishing dock. There are community grills located throughout the resort.
3 night minimum stay is required as per the association.

It wasn't as clean as I would like but it's a prime location. It is on the beach! Seriously like a one minute walk. The beach is beautiful. It has really soft white sand. The host was very responsive. Great for the price and I would stay here again!

Location was excellent , right on beach , easy access to shuttles in and around village. Pool and hot tub on premises were very nice . Actual condo was in need of aa little updating but had what was needed. Shower was a problem with minimal water pressure and a few items seemedvery dusty as if thorough cleaning hadn’t been consistently done . Although , the place in general was clean. Contact was receptive with calls .

Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very clean. We had everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs) readily available to use. The beach chairs were free to use (first come first serve). We decided to rent chairs one day because we wanted a more upfront view of the gulf, and an umbrella to protect us from the sun. The beach was amazing. There is a reason this is the #1 beach in the U.S. quartz sand that doesn't get too hot to walk on. Beautiful blues, and greens in the crystal clear water. Walkable to come restaurants, and bars. There was a little grocery store nearby that was a lifesaver for us.

The Unit was located on the 2nd floor, so no long elevator rides. The building is right on the edge of the beach.the owner was always quick to respond to messages and assist if needed. The grounds were clean . The unit has some of the coldest AC we ever felt, liked that. all the appliances were fairly new . The coffee pot, well thats another story.we always bring our own. the Beds in the unit are firm and the bed frames make noise, my wife did not like the firm bed and went to walmart and bought a topper.it helped. it is a rental unit so some of the paint and trim has bumps from wear and tear. but not a big deal. the TVs were both BIG and made for watching TV great. The only issue was small bugs in the kitchen, I believe this is due to the trash bin being across the hall in a wash room were the laundry machines are located, that area had roaches in there at night. Other than that had a great time.....
