Great location, easy access and parking. The Hilton pool passes were a nice change of pace and great value. Property is close to multiple beaches and shopping. Overall this is a great property for 5-6 people looking to explore the island or just hang at the pool.
This home is absolutely immaculate! Everything was so clean and welcoming! The fact there were some minor items stocked in the kitchen made you feel like you were walking into a home! The location is amazing with a perfect view of the pool! We travelled with 4 adults and 2 children and there was so much space for all of us! Amy is a great host! She ensured we had all information prior to check in and followed up with us once we had gotten settled! It’s so close to shops and dining in Waikoloa you truly couldn’t ask for a better vacation home! We will 100% be returning!
The location was ideal and check in process was easy. The place was not clean though, the carpet leading up was dirty and all of the cupboards had crumbs everywhere and dishes had food remnants on themThe garage door worked on a case by case basis and the opener was broken. We had a nice stay in this condo. We enjoyed eating out on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoying the views, had plenty of space inside, and everything was very clean.
The host has great communication. The condo feels very home like and super spacious. Had everything we needed. Location is excellent right by the Queens and Kings Market. The property grounds were beautiful.

Great location. Pool pass was really awesome bonus. Communication we fast. Would recommend.
Overall this is a good and well-located property. As others have noted, this particular unit is showing its age, and a few small ugrades would make a big difference in the experience of staying here. In particular, the kitchen supplies were older and it was missing basics like cooking spray and condiments that we appreciate in rentals. And there is beach equipment provided, but we found much of it to be older or broken. That said, the unit was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the third level sleeping space as well as the Hilton pool pass and being right next to the pool in this complex. We did have an issue with the garage door becoming stuck and losing access to our rental car for a day, however the property manager was very responsive in helping to fix the issue. But again, it feels like with better maintenance these kinds of things could be avoided.Overall, we would return to this complex but might look at a different unit to rent next time.
The host was fabulous and very responsive. The unit was great and well appointed. Beds super comfortable. The Hilton passes were a true bonus. The only suggestion I have is that the unit could use a deep clean including the carpets.
Everything was excellent, clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient! We had enough room to accommodate us on the main floor so we did not need to use the loft upstairs. All was provided clean and ready for use. The location suited all our needs. We had the chance to meet the host as we were leaving and she was friendly and warm — it was clear she has good energy and it shows in the place! Just all around a terrific stay! Can’t recommend it enough.
Family trip with 19 and 27 year old daughters in mid July 2025. The house was clean and in a perfect location. Check in process was smooth and we loved the living area so we could sit around at the end of the evening talking about our day. Communication with Amy was easy and she was quick to respond to our questions. We will be back for sure!
Great stay for me and my kids. Plenty of room, and a nice layout. Felt cozy and together, but everyone had their own space. We rented a large SUV which didn't fit in the garage, so finding parking during the holiday week was tricky, but we always found a spot. Walking to the market at Queens marketplace was huge. The kids loved the pool at the complex, although we did use the Hilton passes a few times. Condo was well stocked, we had everything we needed as far as cutlery, plates, etc. We didn't cook in the condo, but it seemed there was plenty of options for that. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the condo hasn't been updated in a while, but everything is functional and fine. We lovingly referred to it as "Grammy's place", because it felt like we were staying at a relatives condo. I mean that in the best way :) We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the big island. Convenient and close to things, but still a little respite.

This is our second stay at the unit and we LOVE it. The location is superb - close to the shops and A Bay. The beds are all very comfortable and so is the AC. Amy, the host, was very easy to communicate with. The unit is also close to the pool and that is such a perk. We would always choose to stay here when visiting.
The unit was so spacious we had plenty of room for our group of 3. The property grounds were kept immaculate and the location was so convenient to everything we needed and anywhere we wanted to go on the island. The unit had a nice lanai with a view of one of the pools and the pool was so quiet we hardly saw anyone else there. It was a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the many nearby restaurants and beaches. This unit also came with a Hilton pool pass for up to a party of 6 and we spent a day exploring the resort which was HUGE. Such a nice added bonus even though with the pool located so close we really didn’t need to go far to sit poolside. I would stay again and recommend this place wanting a place that feels like a luxury resort with all of the benefits of a home.
Wonderful stay - everything we needed for a stay at Waikoloa village. Easy check-in, spacious and confortable, great access to Waikoloa shopping, swimming, beaches, and awesome to have Hilton guest passes.
We loved this property! The condo was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was in a great location! The Hilton pool pass was an added bonus that we enjoyed! We will definitely come back and stay here again when we visit the big island!
