Best House In Grand Lake!

This was our second stay at this house and it was just as great at the first time! Our family goes to Grand Lake every summer to enjoy the lake and the town. We've searched for the perfect house to stay in, and this one is our favorite! We'll be back next year!

Stayed with 3 generation family. Plenty of space, very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the little 'hideout' under the stairs! The outdoor space and gazebo/fireplace area was a highlight. Owners were lovely as i had some struggles with the VRBO app...Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay with family in Grand Lake in a beautiful home!

This home was perfect for my husband and I and our children and grand children to explore the town of Grand Lake. We would definitely recommend this rental! Close enough to town, beautiful inside and outside, in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of the mountains and close to Rocky Mountain National park for wildlife viewing and hiking. We saw Moose every day that we visited the Park. We enjoyed cooking at the home and also going shopping and eating at the local restaurants.

Exceptional Property

The property was excellent. We were two families (4 and 5) And the house was stocked perfectly for all of our needs. Our primary reason for staying there was access to the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. We also loved the easy access to the lakes and to town which were all a short drive away. Everything was very comfortable and well appointed. The yard was a bonus with the games and outdoor seating areas. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is gorgeous and very well kept. We had 10 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. We prepared several meals, the grill worked great and the kitchen was well stocked. From the house we were able to go into Rocky Mountain National Park as well as to Winter Park pretty quickly. We enjoyed time on the lake too. It was nice to go enjoy all of the activities and then have a nice quiet house to come home to. Highly recommend!

Grand Lake Wedding Stay

The house was absolutely beautiful and big enough for our family of 9. We loved the decorations and all the amenities!! We played horseshoes and enjoyed the fireplace under the gazebo!! My only downside would be the beds. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom and one side was very droopy. The bedroom above us had beds that were noisy. Everything else was just superb!!

We're drawn to the area for its year-round outdoor adventures-ice fishing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding in the winter, and ATVing, hiking, kayaking, and lake days in the summer. In the fall, the men in our family enjoy hunting. Hosting allows us to share the magic of this mountain town with others who appreciate nature, relaxation, and adventure as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this home because of its perfect mix of location and comfort-it's ideal for hosting family and friends. The house features two master suites with private bathrooms, offering privacy for multiple families or couples traveling together. We love how close it is to all three lakes and the heart of Grand Lake, as well as the easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking, wildlife viewing and scenic drives. In warmer months, we enjoy playing horseshoes, sitting around the fire pit and spending time outdoors. It's a wonderful place for all ages.
