The location is excellent. Close to beach and seawall for walking. We walked to downtown easily. The patio was fabulous and view was great. Great for dinner and breakfast. Having the beach chairs and wagon was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Love being able to see the ocean out the front window. Just a short walk down the street and then across to a nice beach, not too crowded. Having chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc was very nice! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time. Property was exactly an advertised. The hosts were fabulous, the cottage was in a great location and beach access was less than 5 minutes door to sand! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The property is simply stunning. There is not a better location. The owner was so wonderful and helpful. The amenities and instructions were impeccable. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the bathrooms amazing but the outdoor patio and yard area was the absolute deal maker. We are already planning our visit for next year.

Always a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed here quite a few times over the years and the house has everything you will need for a day at the beach. Accommodations are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling.

Perfect location! Easy walk to restaurants, village, and direct beach access across the street. Patio was perfect for viewing the amazing fall sunsets. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need.
