The property matched what was listed. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor. The backyard was beautiful. We felt welcome and comfortable. I loved the shower in the second floor bathroom.

This property is very nicely located in a residential neighborhood and downtown is a walkable distance. It easily accommodated our family of four adults, and there was a dining room table that worked well for a family meal and board games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and our check in- check out was very smooth. A note for a visitor who has mobility issues is that the stairway to the two second floor bedrooms is narrow and quite steep. There are options for sleeping on the main floor. The kitchen was stocked with staples. Early one morning we watched three deer having a meal of leaves and plants in the backyard.

We loved staying at this sweet Ann Arbor house! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we really appreciated the deck and beautiful garden. Lots of places for us to all hang out together. The location was great- an easy walk to campus and old haunts from our collegiate youth.

Great house to nearby U of M and Main Street A2. Would highly recommend and good parking space in back, end of driveway. We drove to move in my daughter to college and had a XL SUV. No issues. We also walked a lot to main campus, Main St restaurants and shops as well as touring the entire area. Very safe and quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
