What a wonderful home! If you have the opportunity to stay at this property I highly recommend it. It’s without a doubt one of the cleanest and most well appointed rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Our family of 11 adults and one child were more than comfortable. I hope to be back!!

This was, by far, the best appointed rental properties I have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything was the highest quality. And our host, Lyn responded to all my questions immediately. Note to future guests - after Labor Day there is a LOT of home improvements and construction going on - so the noise was disruptive.

Great location and great house for a family vacation. Our grandkids didn't want to leave. They loved the pool and as a result so did we. We would highly recommend this property. Oh yes, the Host was also great. Eveything we needed to know was in the materials Lyn provided beforehand and everything was as she communicated. An excellent Host.

This property is great. It’s two blocks away from the beach, property is immaculate, having a heated pool is amazing. This place is fantastic and the owners are super responsive if you have questions. We’re already planning our follow-up trip in 2027.

Great Beach house with great amenities

We had a lovely stay at the house for our annual family vacation. The house had everything you could have needed and we felt right at home. We loved the location to the beach and it was only a short walk to the main strip in Dewey.

The house was fabulous. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it, but the addition made it even better. The 2 pm check in is wonderful, and Lyn is EXTREMELY responsive to any issues we have. Wonderful week!

Amazing house and location. First floor bed/bath was perfect for my parents (84 and 88 yrs old). The other four adults had their own bed and bath on the second floor. We enjoyed the pool. Entire process was seamless and easy. Would definitely come back.

Perfect for family vacation

My family stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect! It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Lyn was a fantastic host and so easy to communicate with. Best of all, the house was just two blocks away from the beach! We are so grateful for the relaxing getaway.

This house was wonderful for our annual family vacation. Things that really stood out for us was the extra towels and paper products that were provided, and the stand alone ice machine in the kitchen. We had many little ones with us so the pool was a big plus for the days we didn't make it to the beach. Lyn was always responsive and helpful when it came to our booking and stay. The location was ideal as downtown was still in walking distance and the beach wasn't too far. Would definitely recommend this house for larger groups!

Great house and location for a family vacation at the beach. 3 blocks from the beach, around the corner from a wonderful local fresh produce/sandwich shop, and a short 5 minute drive from downtown Rehoboth (boardwalk and great restaurants). This home was so beautiful and clean. The location is unbeatable as it is steps away from the beach and many restaurant's! Lyn made the check in and check out process so easy and she was always quick to reply. I recommend staying in this house and i will definitely be back!

Great Weekend Stay

The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the house was! It was perfect for our weekend getaway from the spacious rooms to the heated pool. Lyn was super informative and responded to all of our questions during our stay. We had such a comfortable weekend and loved the decor and location of the house. If you are looking for a place to vacation look no further! We can’t wait to go back!
