Extremely great weekend, location was great close to everything. Weather was good. Always something to see and do. The Condo was on point for this trip.
Loved the location and the property. It was close to all we wished to visit. The condo was great and clean. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Loved Nashville TN.
The condo was quiet and we loved the location. Not having an elevator was tough. The bed was comfortable. Could definitely use a dresser and some shelf space in the bathroom.
Great little rental. We intended to walk to downtown. However, we were very lazy. An Uber is under $10. What a fun trip!

Vicki is very nice and quick to get back . Uber was the way of transportation I would not walk at night lots of homeless near by. They had plenty of food brochures for the late night eating. My son said they need a new pull out couch the metal bar hits your back but he used some of the couch cushions for out stay it helped he said. Overall our stay was fine oh and the patio is full of spider webs it was hard to enjoy balcony. Also for the costs I really wish they were better stocked with paper towels and toilet paper we ran out before our trip was over and had to buy some . Whoever cleaned before we got there forgot to clean toilet and it has poop in it . Being who I am I just cleaned it and moved on with our stay but I think maybe she needs a better cleaning service.
Very clean and easy to find. A lot of construction and the noise from above condo was a bit much ( could hear walking and dropping of things). I did wear ear plugs at night although I am a light sleeper. Over all and great condo and Vicki was a great host. ( side note, there was a marathon the weekend we went and it crippled traffic for at least 4 hours...had to stay in the condo after waiting in traffic and unable to get out of the city)
We enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront condos. Short walk to several great entertainment locations. There was a lot of construction.. so driving would not have been fun.
Landlord was awesome and very friendly. The condo is really nice. Great for a couple . King size bed. Walked to town every morning and Uber back at night very inexpensively. Would definitely recommend.
The property was not a 15 min walk and required driving to the downtown. The property was unattractive and was more like a hotel. The apt was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We did need to buy batteries for the remote in the bedroom and no batteries for the decorative clock on the main wall. Would not recommend if you want a property close to downtown and in an attractive area.

Easy walk to Broadway
This condo is bright, clean and pretty quiet given its close (.8 mile) to Broadway. The balcony on the river is a great place for morning coffee and watching birds and barges. We make our own breakfasts and the occasional lunch/dinner so not having a table or place to eat was a little inconvenient for us.

Carol, there is a lift-top table in the living for eating. So sorry that you didn't see that in the instructions.
Close to downtown about 10 min walk, only downside is that the living room sliding door doesn't have blinds to block the sun coming in in the morning. Made it hard to sleep.
Condo was so nice! Clean, well maintained, and bedding was great (somehow a “biggie for us). Found it a bit frustrating trying to get information from the host. Somehow my info didn’t always reach her and when it did I would receive same response several times. Sine everything was going on through VBRO, I must have been with them. I would be comfortable recommending this condo.
Starting out, finding the buliding was fairly easy. After entering the 10 digit combo to enter the room, we walked into a cozy little living room with small balcony, a kitchen of appropriate size for the size of the apartment, and a nice comfortable king size bed with bathroom seperate from the bedroom. After about 30 mins of being there we heard very loud footsepts from our neighbor above. At first it wasnt a problem, however, after a short bit later we could smell Marijuana emitting from the same room above which was very unpleasant. As the night progressed, we thought the steps and the smell of weed would dissipate...were we wrong. The neighbor above us had several other people join him and started to play very loud music making it even more difficult for me and my wife to enjoy our evening in before the Titans game we would be attending tomorrow. The noise started to settle at approximately 11pm but foot steps continued throughout the night keeping me and my wife awake. Before we went to sleep we pressed the deadbolt lock button on the inside door. It did not work as we figured out the next morning when we opened the door. The next morning was a little quieter. However, the coffee maker, which had nasty fungus like substance in it, had to be cleaned. After doing that I took a shower. The shower was what i would say was compatiable for a person under 5 foot tall. I am 6'2 and had to bend down all the way to get a jet blast of a shower head in the face. As we left the apart
Aside for the enormous amount of construction going on, the condo was good. Great being on the river with a small balcony. The entry code has 10 numbers, so be sure to write it down and have it with you every time you leave the condo. Addressed a few minor fix problems with property management which they said they would have fixed. It is about 1.3 miles to broadway street so have comfortable shoes and the ability to walk that far or grab an uber or lyft both directions daily. Overall, an okay place to stay for a few days!

Noise from above
Condo was okay. Noise was horrible and neither of us could sleep which made our stay very stressful.
Not nearly enough coffee supplies or crackers.
Furniture in living room almost impossibly heavy to move to spread out the sofa. Extremely difficult to move and unnecessarily heavy.
Terrible footprints from above. The noise from above was hard to believe!
Good news, Master bedroom quite quiet and kind of lovely except the chair in front of the table was about to fall apart and I didn’t dare touch it.
The bathroom should have a rubber mat.
There were a lot of dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Not a big deal, but they shouldn’t be there for the outrageous price you charged!
Vicki, you seemed to be such a caring VRBO wonder that I was surprised at everything!
Do you want to write back to me? I doubt that you have ever lived there, because then, you would have fixed some things, or never have bought it in the first place.
Best,
Terry is
While located on the outskirts, everything is walkable. The unit is adorable with a super comfy king bed, adorable deck with waterfront view, and birds chirping to greet your morning! Loved it!
Great location with easy access to the Titans stadium. The Uber ride from the airport was about $45 with tip and then we walked to the game and downtown for meals. Nice view of the river from the deck. We didn’t stay out after dark, some areas were poorly lit and we didn’t want to be walking back to the rental in the dark. The host responded quickly, most of the condo looks updated except the bathroom. No real area to dine, recommend parties of two best fit for space. We’d stay here again.
Nice condo, very clean and close to everything. We were able to walk to downtown Nashville. Not the greatest area, but no issues.

What makes this property unique
I love this condo because you can be in the hustle and bustle of downtown and not have to worry about driving or parking. At the end of a full day, it is so peaceful on the river and such a cozy place to relax after a full day.
