Nestled in on a quiet, residential street, Suite Springs is equipped with all of the niceties of home along with the luxuries you desire while on vacation. WiFi is accessible throughout the guest suite for those mixing business and pleasure or for catching up on your favorite Netflix series. Coffee and tea are provided to get the day off to a great start. Make yourself at home and hang out in the backyard with a game of corn-hole, light a fire under the stars or grill up burgers on the barbe. Take a leisurely bike ride or a brisk walk downtown where you will quickly become part of the local scene. Sip on coffee or tea from one of the local coffee shops as you check out the unique flavor downtown has to offer. Whether you're in the mood to sip, shop or dine, there is something for everyone in Yellow Springs.
Cozy up with a blanket and chill on the super comfy futon or listen to birds chirp from the comfort of the luxurious queen size bed. We want guests to feel at home, so a washer and dryer are provided. Fury friends are welcome, with advanced notice please, and ask a small $25 stay fee per pooch.
Enjoy a hassle-free, no-contact check in with our smart lock system. A one-time code will be sent to guests before check in to ensure ease of arrival. Don't worry, we change the code for each stay to ensure that privacy is maintained. The suite has its own private entrance and backyard access. The wrap around porch on the western side of the house is a great place to have morning coffee or a night cap.

Lovely residential property, private entrance from the main house with a comfy outdoor sitting area for guests. My first time in yellow springs and I totally fell in love with the town. Jon was very kind and incredibly helpful with check in. Space was clean and well stocked, they even provided light breakfast snacks! Wifi process was easy, and Roku worked great. Hosts had a binder explaining all of the specifics. We also appreciated the off-street parking!

Communication was great. Nicely decorated interior and very up to date. Some noise from owners area as they walked around at night, but not too distracting and to be expected when guest area adjoins. Downtown YS walkable although we drove due to the heat. We were able to easily park 2 cars on the driveway. Appreciated the tips on dining in the binder. Thanks!

Overall, the property was very nice. The host communicated well; it was clean; the refrigerator was larger than expected; there were snacks; it was easy to find and access; and it had off-street parking.The downsides were (1) that there were two other apartments in the building with long-term tenants. The tenants were quiet, but if you're not used to thin-walled apartment living, you'll notice that (2) some of the listed amenities were missing, specifically the microwave and the hair dryer, and (3) some of the pictures were inaccurate, specifically the table was different and not as nice.Still, I would recommend staying here because of the "pros" and the location. Yellow Springs is such a nice town.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, easy ADA access, off-street parking, and that the space met your needs overall. We also want to clarify a few of your points for future guests. The suite is an attached unit to a home; we’re always available for guests to call/text anytime to field any inquiries about expected amenities or noise disturbances as we do live on-site. While we do our best to keep things quiet, some typical household noise can occasionally be heard. Regarding amenities, a hair dryer is provided in the suite, and we’re sorry if it was not easy to locate during your stay. Give us a call or text next time so we can help! We appreciate you flagging the microwave - it has been replaced and upgraded with an air fryer for the time being. We will review that to ensure everything is clearly communicated and available as expected. You are absolutely right that some of the photos need to be updated. The suite was recently renovated, and the dining setup has been changed to a bar-height table with stools to create more usable space for guests. We’ll be updating the listing photos soon to better reflect the current layout. Thank you again for your feedback and recommendation—it truly helps us continue to improve. Clean, very nice accommodations. Perfect fo a couple. The only negative we had was the noise that came from the attached home. Not sure what had to ne made, cooked, attended to, ect so aggressively in the kitchen (there's a locked door separating the space), but the noise was kind of overbearing at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay and i highly recommend.

The place was very comfortable. We had an absolutely lovely time there. A nice walk to the downtown area for dinner. And then walk down for some shopping afterwards the next day. Cozy Suite in Yellow Springs

Tucked away in quite neighboorhood is this hidden gem! Suite is just as described and as photos show except the bedroom is larger than it looks! Comfortable bed , soft sheets and blankets. Hope to get to stay again!
