Welcome to our beautifully renovated ocean block condo! We have updated our home with everything you should expect on your vacation. This unit has been completely rehabbed with a new kitchen w/granite counters, S/S appliances, a full size fridge with ice maker, built in microwave, electric stove/oven, and a full size washer/dryer. Including new luxury vinyl plank flooring, porcelain tile shower, furniture, mattresses with memory foam, and Poly deck furniture.

Ideal mid-town location within close distance to many great restaurants, shops, and activities. Walk to Secrets, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Belly Busters, Dumser's Dairyland, The Dough Roller, K-Coast, 45th Street Taphouse, Shottie's Point, The Alaska Stand, Barn 34, Satellite Coffee Shop and Cappuccino Bar, Red Red Wine Bar, and more. Our condo is located directly across the street from the Convention Center.

3) This is a no smoking or vaping unit
4) Per condo rules there are no pets allowed
5) Please obey the condo rules posted on the stairs and be considerate of your neighbors.
6) We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring with you.

We stayed during the Ocean’s Calling Festival and walked there and back each day (about an hour walk if even). Bonus points for being across from the Convention Center for the EV charging stations. Great place!

Stayed here during the week of my daughters national dance competition which was at the convention center. It was the PERFECT location with the convention center across the street and the beach right at the other end of the street. It was clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and safe and if we come back to Ocean City next summer I’ll definitely be looking to see if it’s available.

We have stayed in this condo a few times. The condo is updated, very clean and great location. The Host is very easy to communicate with. He welcomed us, wished us a safe trip home and answered any questions we had immediately. Great Host!!!! We will be back.
