Private, quiet, midtown, 1st floor studio close to CU.
Mid town, close to CU-Boulder. This is a totally private, attached "mother-in-law studio" without a kitchen, but with a mini fridge, coffee machine, and a convention microwave available. This is not a separate building. Your quiet, retired hosts are full time occupants of the rest of the house behind sound proof walls.
Private driveway, walkway, and entrance. 1st floor - no-one above, below or on 3 sides of you. We are friendly but respect privacy.
300 sq ft, 1 bedroom with sitting area, and full bath with 2 person rain shower.
Less than 3 miles from CU, Pearl St Mall and world class hiking.
Anytime checkin with key lockbox.

There is a bus stop 2 blocks away with frequent and rapid access to everything local, Denver, and Denver International Airport. Upon request, we can often pick you up or drop you off (not guaranteed.)

Happy with the property. As advertised. Most likely will book again on return trips to Boulder. Way less than a hotel..ie Saint Julian. Access to bike trail for me was a plus.

We are a retired professional couple and have lived in Boulder since 1982. Came to CU for school. Joan was web master for a major science organization. Keith was a film maker making commercial spots, image and doc's. Interests include art, camping, kayaking, fine dining, and travel.
Why they chose this property
It is in Boulder Colorado. On "red" days every hotel room and short term rental is booked for 15 miles around with grid lock traffic coming in and out of Boulder. Every CU commencement parents miss the ceremony because they are trapped in traffic.
What makes this property unique
This is a studio mother-in-law apartment we built into our house. It has a private entrance and private full bath.
