This property was beautiful and having the beach footsteps from our back door was exactly what we wanted! Even though there was an issue with the electric the property manager, Arlan, was extremely helpful and kept on top of it. The owner was also present and working to get things straight with Florida Power. We came to enjoy the beach and we certainly did that!

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach. Quiet and clean. The home is extremely well equipped. We were able to prepare several meals and utilize the grill during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Sea Breeze was everything we’d hoped for; for our grown children and grandkids. Our top selling point was the beach access. There were numerous beach towels, chairs, the wagon was extremely helpful and toys etc. The outside shower was a huge plus. It’s a beautiful property. Easy to get to, with shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed sitting out under the patio cabana. We saw hatchling sea turtles and dolphins. We went on Captain Jack’s airboat tour’s (Everglades). We did see alligators which is a hit and miss just because . We went to Captain Jack’s Animal sanctuary and watched the alligator show. You were able to hold an alligator if you chose to which most our party did . We took a short drive to Sanibel Island to find more seashells . Our fishing excursion was canceled due to Mother nature’s storm. We made wonderful memories

Beach was beautiful, but very busy with a large public beach three doors down so if you didn’t set up your chairs and umbrellas early in the morning, there was frequently no room to squeeze in. House advertised that kayaks and paddle boards were provided by the owner, but there were none. House was marginally clean and in need of basic maintenance - the interior stairs need painting, holes in the porch screens, mildew accumulating on screen frames, lights dim throughout the house whenever anything was turned on, etc. house was OK, but we probably will not return.

The beach can be busier during peak times due to the nearby public beach access, but many guests appreciate the convenience of being just steps from the Gulf. We'd also like to clarify that our listing does not state that kayaks and paddleboards are included with the home. It explains that they can be reserved online for an additional fee and delivered directly to the property for guests' convenience. We're sorry if that information was overlooked or caused any confusion. We appreciate your maintenance comments as well. Since your stay, we've addressed several of the items you mentioned through routine repairs and upkeep, and we're continually investing in the home to keep it in excellent condition. We strive for every guest to have a 5-star experience, and while we're disappointed we fell short during your stay, we truly appreciate your feedback. The best part of this house is the direct beach access and how close it is to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. The provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and extras were a great plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was amazing and the floorplan/layout was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. There were multiple gathering areas for everyone to spread out, and a large enough common area for us all to be together at the same time. There were fun things to do and great restaurants nearby. Plenty of beach gear and toys, the grandkids had a blast! We really enjoyed everything about it!

We loved the location of this home along with the wonderful floor plan. Accommodates 10 or more easily with plenty of options for gathering as a whole or in small groups. The tiki hut is a wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying some shade time! Big plus too is the elevator! Let’s not forget all the beach chair options and water floats/toys for children and adults. Sunsets amazing! We found the property manager (Arlan) always quick to respond to our questions and very helpful if we needed any thing. Arlan was amazing to work with from beginning to the end of our visit!

We have been renting different houses in Bonita Beach for 16 years now. Seabreeze is the best appointed one. It had everything needed for our three generational family of 12, from 12 to 81 yrs old to have a wonderful time. Arlan responded to all our concerns promptly and most important, nicely. 5 stars for sure!!!

Unbeatable location

Our family all came together to stay at Seabreeze for Thanksgiving. The house has everything you need (kitchen, too)! It’s incredibly spacious and is in a perfect location to access Bonita Springs. We absolutely loved it and already rented it for next year. 😊

Family vacation paradise

Great location right on the beach. Loved the cabana- perfect to get out of sun, have lunch but still right on the beach! One issue was the water pressure was not good for the upstairs large hall bathroom. Also, large king bedroom had a small hallway bathroom rather than its own bathroom connected to bedroom. Other than that it was absolutely beautiful for our family. Kitchen well stocked. Arlan, manager was great! We will try to stay here again!

Family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation. The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 11 perfectly. We especially enjoyed the Tiki hut-a great place to relax away from the sun. It was great to have the beach and tiled area directly in the back of the house. The management team responded immediately when we had difficulty with the elevator. We will be back!!

Seabreeze

Although there are a lot of stairs, the elevator was a plus with luggage/groceries. We were all in heaven being directly on the beach! Seabreeze had plenty of sand toys for the kids, a kayak, body surfing boards, etc. -- Jet ski and paddle board rentals just down the beach. Sunsets were breathtaking! A PERFECT FAMILY VACATION!

Family Christmas on the beach was awesome.

Arlan the property manager was super helpful prior to and throughout our week at Seabreeze. Our three generation family came from 3 states and had a great experience. The house provided private bedrooms for everyone and the private beach was literally out the back door. We gathered together for our dinners each night and hired a personal chef (Ron Casterline) and a magician instead of going out for our big fancy dinner. The house had more water toys than we could use in a week, and something for all ages. Docs restaurant next door was great for breakfast.
