Cottonwood Cottage. Make yourself at home in one of the original Gunnison Ranch homes. Conveniently located three miles north of town and on the walking trail!!!! Gunnison offers everything an outdoors person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within 10 minutes of enjoying. After a long day of play come in and relax at our newly renovated home. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed. We welcome Western State family and alum, GO MOUNTAINEERS!!

*In the winter an SUV or truck is highly *recommended.

Very Clean & Very Comfortable

We really enjoyed spending a long weekend at this property during our Elk hunt outside of Gunnison. The property is clean, well supplied with cooking, bathroom, and bedding supplies, & beds were very comfortable. Property manager responded to messages quickly.

Excellent Location and Comfortable House

This house is in a great location near Gunnison. The home offers a comfortable stay for six guests. The full kitchen can be used easily, especially with a grocery store nearby. The bathroom was nicely updated. The wifi was pretty dependable throughout our stay. I would stay at this great house again!
