At NAUJAC SUR MER small village on the Atlantic Ocean, with 10 km of wild beach (Gironde between Hourtin and Montalivet) and the lake close. By car it takes 7 minutes to the ocean beach or 10 minutes to the lake beach.
BEACHES: The ocean beach of the village, in fine sand, wild as non-urbanized, sunbathing, jogging or surfing, you can play ball without disturbing users !. The beaches of the lake are in fine sand (the same as the ocean) with little background (so warm), ideal for small children and attractive for older children (windsurfing, pedal boating and canoe rentals, ... )

Part Cottage of 70 m²:
Living room-Kitchen: Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator-conservator, dishwasher, washing machine. TV TNT Satellite, DVD, Wifi. Sheets and duvets are provided, depending on the condition we can provide pool towels and bathrobes (reserved for the pool).
WEST Bedroom: A bed of 160x200, a cupboard (shelves and hanging). Private bathroom (Great shower, sink and toilet)
IS room: One 140x190 bed, a dresser and closet, possibility of adding a bed of 90. Private shower room (corner shower, sink and toilet)
Interior relaxation area of 42m²:
Spa for 5 people with 37 ° water + swimming pool with countercurrent (with ozonator) heated to 28/29 °, with 2 indoor terraces and 1 outdoor terrace solarium.
Independent park of 3 000 m2. Private parking, Covered Terrace, Barbecue, Boules, Badminton court.

GUESTS - VISITORS: Coté Ouest is not an establishment open to the public, it is strictly reserved for tenants appearing on the rental contract (insurance). The house, its equipment, its parking spaces and its garden are intended for the tenants registered in the contract. The arrival of guest(s) is not possible.
