Ian was a wonderful host, communicated very well and made our stay seamless. The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful river park 3 minutes away to take the dogs too and very close to gunnison without all the busy traffic. Came for our son's graduation at Western and had my parents and adult children stay with us. Very comfortable for us all. And we loved the proximity to Hartman Rocks.

Neat house as far as design and good space. Kitchen was very nice. Somewhat dated and needs some basic repairs. Very stained carpet, towel bars falling off wall, several beds are just on the floor with litte or no furniture in a couple bedrooms, stains on some sheets. Chairs out back for fire pit and some firewood would be nice. Served our needs fine for a fishing trip and owner was responsive.

This house is in a perfect location for quick access to Hartman Rocks and Curecanti National Recreation Area just to name a few. About an hour and a half of very scenic highway to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. House was very comfortable/cozy. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and responsive host. Enjoyed our stay.

I grew up in Michigan and New York, after traveling the world Rock climbing and working in the outdoor and construction industry i settled in Gunnison colorado. i am the founder and CEO of ID Sculpture, we make sculptural playground features, climbing features and public art ( ). i spend alot of time traveling for work and family so i figured why not share this special place i call home.

Why they chose this property

i bought this property because in my opinion it was the best property available in all of Gunnison the year i bought it. it was also driven by proximity to some of the best bike trails i have ever had the pleasure to ride.
