Beautiful home with lots of room. Excellent views and we very much enjoyed the private beach. Host was awesome to work with. Best beach home that we have ever stayed at and will definitely be back. St Augustine is a great town and lots to do in the area.

Great family beach stay! The room to bathroom ratio is perfect, and the house has everything you need just waiting for you. They allow access to garage space and the laundry room in between the garage area is perfect and even has a beach bathroom at ground level. Also if you have kids the outside shower gets warm so you can get everything done right there if you choose to. We had a great stay!

Excellent location - feels secluded and private but close to great restaurants, stores, etc. Layout was perfect for four couples where everyone had their own bathroom, plus a main floor where we all gathered. Fenced yard was perfect for the dogs.

Incredible house. Fabulous location. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrellas available and in great condition. Bedrooms are beautiful with wonderful views. Slept 5 best friends very comfortably. Our host was also very accommodating, but we really had no issues to need them.

Great location! The beach was beautiful and the house was comfortable and filled with everything we needed. Probably the best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve experienced, and the spare garage was filled with beach accessories. The water was off when we arrived, but management responded swiftly, and we had water before we finished unpacking. We were grateful to be able to bring our dogs, and the fenced-in area provided for them was tidy and well kept. It took a bit to get to it, as the route was a little indirect, but we didn’t mind once we got used to it. Overall, it was a really great house! We’ll definitely be back!
