Well appointed, fully furnished with dishes, linens, Internet and t.v. Also has a large multi purpose room. Also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Quiet, Exclusive Community: Kirkwood Circle is an exclusive beachfront community on Scarborough Beach. Residents have exclusive use of the white sandy beach that stretches for a mile or more by walking down a short private path. Swimmers find the surf mild enough for casual swimming but also lively enough for some body surfing.

The views are spectacular of neighboring islands and ocean rock formations and the Black Point area is fraught with remnants of the French & Indian War and the skirmishes that took place.
