Laguna Beach is only 10 minutes up the road. The Balboa unit has a front deck that has a partial ocean view as well as a rear deck to have a cocktail or coffee from. The interior of the unit has been upgraded with granite counters, and tile floors. New Bathroom a subtle beach flair on the decorations. The living room has a 50" color tv with DVD player, WIFI and cable. There is even a selection of DVD's if you want to watch a late night movie. The living room has a new Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. The bedroom hosts a Queen Bed, dresser and lots of closet space. The bathroom has a standard shower tub combination with Hair dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need, a dining table for 3 and Keurig coffee maker with Microwave, oven, and cook top stove. and full size refrigerator. The unit comes with beach chairs and a cooler as well. Most weekends require a minimum night stay. The unit is geared for a couple.
