Located in the desirable Emerald Shoals community, this spacious townhome offers easy access to everything Dewey Beach has to offer. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean on Van Dyke Street's sought-after ocean block, you can park your car and walk to the beach, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
The open living and dining area flows into a well-equipped kitchen and a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying ocean breezes. The first level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the third level features two more bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private porch boasting stunning ocean views. The rooftop deck offers panoramic views of downtown Dewey, the ocean, and the bay.
Additional amenities include assigned parking for two cars, an outdoor shower, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and electronic keypad entry. Linens are not supplied, but rental packages are available. No pets or smoking allowed.

We had a great vacation. 5 adults and 5 children ages 2-10. Perfect location. Really enjoyed the screened porch. Well equipped kitchen. Only wish is that one of the twin bedrooms had bunkbeds. We brought toddler cots for two of the littles so nobody needed to sleep on the sleep sofa in the living room. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Great location, lacks cleanliness and responsiveness

The location was great, and the house was fully stocked. Unfortunately almost all the dishes were left dirty, and the clearly dated dishwasher did not get dishes clean. The kitchen rug was dirty and dingy and needs to be replaced, and all surfaces need to be whipped down better. The WiFi went out on our last day and we were not able to get in touch with anyone to fix it, and still have not heard anything to date regarding this, and making the situation right. If you’re looking for proximity to the beach, and nice outdoor hang out spots, the place was great. A new cleaning crew should be hired, and the WiFi situation addressed, and the stay would have been much better.

As far as the WIFI, we have provided emergency numbers which you can get up with someone 24/7 as well as our office number. Sorry that you had to go one day without WIFI. September Get Away

The home was clean and comfortable. The plus was the location, 1/2 block from the beach. The beach was less crowded in that area, especially comforting during this COVID time. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Will book again.

Clean and close to the beach

Our condo was nice and well equipped. Very short walk to the beach. Multiple decks were nice and allowed us to enjoy the fresh air. Parking for two cars. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Proper beach fun

Property met our needs: quick walk to the beach, lots of amenities, slept four adults and three kids easily. Dishwasher and washer/dryer are loud - toss in a load before you head to the beach.

Beautiful property- close to the beach and restaurants

We loved staying here!! We had three couples and a baby- everyone got there own space and own bathroom. Listing was very accurate. Main floor was very spacious and open, decks on every floor. Very close to the beach. There were beach chairs, there were pillows and comforters. We loved it here and would stay again!!

Dewey Beach Family Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect for our annual family vacation. A very short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and activities in the area made this vacation one that we will remember for a while. I am already looking forward to coming back next year!
