Nice sunset from the lanai. Pool is great for lounging or lap swimming. Shoreline walk close by. Tropics Ale House is only steps away. Island Gourmet Market has everything needed to make Vista C303 like home.

Great Condo

Everyone was exactly as advertised, or better. Property is older but very well maintained and furnished beautifully with new appliances. Pool area very nice. Very few people around so very quiet. Attending conference at the Hilton which was pleasant 10 minute walk. Highly recommend the Tropic Ale House right next door.

It's everything you need and expect on the Big Island. Beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai. Steps from the pool. The unit is comfortable and very modern. Close to the resorts, beaches, and great dining. The Vista's area is clean, safe, and quiet. Check in was a breeze. Our son loved the pool. We enjoyed the two hot tubs. Would highly recommend this unit and the property.

Nice Property - Enjoyable Stay

This is a very nicely furnished third floor unit with an extremely large lanai. It has very nice view of the pool below and the ocean/shoreline in the distance. The king bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well outfitted. We had a few issues during our stay. The management company was eventually able to resolve all of them. However, we would have appreciated more communication from the management company during the process of resolving the problems.

Great Family Getaway

This property was ideal for our stay, a family of 4, with 2 young kids. The unit felt larger and more spacious than what the photos show. The overall complex is not new, but that only helps contrast further at how the owners of the unit have updated/upgraded this particular unit.The view of the ocean from the living room and patio is better than the photo as well. It was a great view to wake up to each day. The building that this unit is in is situated on a slight hill, giving the top floor, which this unit is on, what I presume is a better view than other units in other buildings in this complex that are on the top floor.The living room/dining room/kitchen are all very open and inviting. The kitchen had all of the cookware, plates, dishwasher soap tabs, etc that we needed, with up to date appliances.The pool is located right next to the building and an easy, short walk.The beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, towels, etc.The A/C unit worked well and helped during the 80 degree days and the windows and patio doors appeared to be well sealed, to help control climate.The parking spot is a few steps from the elevator. The parking spaces can feel a little snug, with everyone, including myself, renting a large SUV.And if you golf, you're "next door" to a few courses.
