Shaded yard with clothesline, lawn furniture, gas grill and a picnic table. Please note washer/dryer is located in basement, bulkhead access only.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our week as this home provides everything you could need. It’s comfortable and homey. We enjoyed family evenings on the screened porches and walks to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely consider stay again.

Our Second Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been renting from Martha Murray for many, many years and we've always been thankful for our experience with them. We've stayed at multiple houses on Captain Chase but 73 has been our 'home' for the last 13 years. It's such a perfectly beautiful home and it's always hard to say goodbye at the end of the week! The house is in a wonderful location, so close to Nantucket Sound but not extremely far from the northside beaches either. I love the quiet of the area, but the shops and restaurants are close by as well. We will keep this tradition of Captain Chase and Martha Murray as long as they exist and we are allowed!!
