This single-level, ground-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has both a king and a queen bed, making it ideal as an executive apartment, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat. Beautifully furnished and well appointedt, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature high-end linens, soft pillows, and great recessed lighting with dimmers throughout.

The kitchen is a dream with plenty of additional appliances, plenty of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage. Visitors find this special kitchen ideal for entertaining especially with the granite countertops and large open dining area.

Fully secure, the design of the complex allows guests to enter directly into the kitchen from the private, single-car detached garage.

The front private patio is perfect for sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop with our high speed WiFi.

Note: There are two townhomes of similar size --you can rent one or both for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths! Contact owner to check availability for both at the same time. These townhomes offers a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation and close to everything one could desire. The large, beautiful community pool is a wonderful spot to enjoy on your own or for entertaining.

Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square's easy access makes this getaway a shopper's paradise. The prime central Phoenix location means that everything is nearby: movies, live music, wine bars, Chase Field, Phoenix Art Museum, Desert Botanical Garden and much more. Trader Joe's, Sprouts and L.A. Fitness are within walking distance.

Great location!

Central to the things we wanted to do in Phoenix and very friendly neighbors in the condo complex. Condo itself needs some maintenance and needs a deep clean, but comfortable for our stay.

Good location and friendly neighbors

We found the unit to be as advertised, clean, roomy, and convenient. It was nice to have a garage for the rental vehicle and all the amenties that you take for granted were available in the unit. For example, Keurig coffee system, coffee drip unit, 3 TV's, 2 patios with furniture, and so on. The neighbors were very friendly and approachable.

The stay was great. The location is blocks from the 51 freeway so there is some traffic noise. The condo community was quiet and parking easy to find. Well stocked unit with everything we needed. Communication was excellent with owner and manager! Plan to stay at this property again.

This is the one to stay in if you are in the area

We went to enjoy a little time away from the snow, and were very impressed with the unit. Two things to know: There is a flight of stairs to enter, and the parking is a little tricky, but even us in later years managed and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Exactly What We Needed

The condo was perfectly located to everything we experienced while we were in Phoenix. Loved the king size bed, the kitchen was nice size, it was great to have a garage for our car and the washer and dryer worked great. Friendly people in and around the condos too. Excellent communication and great restaurant recommendations. Nice size pool and hot tub area with shady spots and a BBQ as well. My husband enjoyed the desk for his laptop and at night we enjoyed watching TV or having wine in the front courtyard. Again, it was perfect for our 2 weeks stay. Thank You for sharing your great condo.

Two-week stay in Phoenix

This condo was the perfect place for a two-week stay in Phoenix. Centrally located and well equipped this 2-bedroom unit was great. I especially liked having use of the garage during my stay. I will definitely try to book this place on my next visit.

Will stay here again

Very clean and spacious. I stayed here with my parents. Markets, restaurants, and entertainment were nearby. Scottsdale, botanical gardens, hiking trails, all within a 10-20 minute drive. We drove all over Tucson, Sedona, Bisbee, condo was near all major highways. Very quiet and clean, hummingbirds in the morning.

I was in town to pickup my son from his 1st year of college. The property looked just as shown. It's the perfect size in the perfect location close to everything. Cozy and welcoming. Great place and location!

We stayed here for a week and found it to meet all of our needs. Great location to shopping and good restaurants. It was very easy to navigate. The condo was sufficiently stocked and clean. We wish the pool would have been heated. A bit noisy with close location to HWY 51. We had a problem with a fuse blowing whenever we used the hair dryer. Brooke was very responsive and helpful during our stay.
