THE SPACE

Exciting news for our guests at Fraser Crossing, Winter Park! Our newly installed hot tubs are ready for you to enjoy.


Enjoy a COZY and COMFORTABLE stay at this stunning studio located at the base of Winter Park Resort. You will have direct access to an amazing oversized hot tub, a double-sided fireplace, BBQ grills, lounge chairs, tables, and beautiful views at the Amenity Deck. You will also be within walking distance to the slopes, making this studio unit the perfect choice for your winter getaway! The studio unit features a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, microwave with convection oven, stove, toaster, and coffee maker.

You will also find clean linens and basic toiletries for your convenience. The studio unit can accommodate up to four (4) guests with a king bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper. You can relax and enjoy our smart TV, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, and cable. The unit also comes with a ski locker with a lock for your storage needs.

Location: At the base of Winter Park Resort; a two-minute walk to the new 10-person Gondola. Two miles from downtown Winter Park.

Parking:
Summer Parking - FREE: We send you the parking QR Code
Winter Parking - PAID: $21/night (price varies), we will send you instructions for purchasing a parking pass separately. There is NO free parking on the resort during ski season. The underground parking at Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe is heated and carts are available for your convenience to help get your things to and from the unit. Typically, you can find them on Floors 1 and 2 by the elevators.

You will go through the parking hut, just let them know you are a guest in Fraser Crossing. Enter from the Founders Point side on the right, and have your parking pass ready. You will need it for each entry and exit of the garage. Follow the arrows to the Fraser Crossing side of the garage. You can park anywhere within the garage, the Fraser Crossing side is just the closest. The pass is typically noon to noon but check the purchase site for more details and to confirm times.

Resort Bus and The Lift:
The city also provides a bus service that is easy to access. Download the app on your phone The Lift Rider and Winter Park, CO or GPS locator.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
You just go straight up to the unit, no stopping at a front desk.
Check-in time is 4pm. (Sooner if we have the unit cleaned and ready)
Check-Out time is 11am.

**If we don't have back-to-back guests/rentals, you may CHECK-IN earlier and CHECK-OUT late. We'll let you know.

PARKING:
Ensure your parking is arranged in advance. Access the heated parking garage with a barcode scanner. Winter parking is $21/night (price varies; details will be communicated via message), while spring/summer parking is free (notification will be sent if it becomes paid).

The dishes will be in the dishwasher clean from the last guest as we request guests to start the washer upon leaving the unit.

Kindly start the dishwasher.

Being at the base of the mountain makes it so easy to enjoy everything the mountain has to offer; skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, and restaurants. You name it!!!

We chose Winter Park because the resort is so kid-friendly and a friendly community altogether. They have a wonderful ski program for all types of skiers/boarders and the NSCD is priceless. There is something for everyone here!!!

VILLAGE LIVING AT ITS BEST!!! Walk 50 yards to the main ski lift. You are right where everything happens and at the same time, you are set back just enough to feel you are in your own world. You will truly feel on top of the world!!! Winter Park has the largest bike park in the USA.
