This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers a fantastic vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The condo is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Loved the view of Kam III from the unit! The unit itself is newly remodeled. Has a fully stocked kitchen and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Phenomenal location with a quick 2 min walk across the street to beautiful beaches. Great pool and hot tubs on site, decent but small gym luckily it wasn’t busy. The unit we stayed in was very clean, open and had a nice “Hawaiian vibe”. We will definitely return.

Great stay in great location

We love the Kamaole Sands property and this unit was well cared for. The amenities of the location and being across the street from daily sea turtles is a highlight. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the unit was great with beach chairs and towels. The property manager was excellent to work with through the whole process. Highly recommend to stay here, and we would definitely rent again at this location.

The property is gorgeous. This unit is off the central pool area, but has a nice mountain/ocean view. It was wonderfully equipped with linens, kitchen and especially sports equipment for tennis or the beach. A wonderful place for families!

Amazing set up

We had an amazing time at the condo basically just needed somewhere to spend the night as we had many day trip adventures planned left most mornings early and we’re home after sunset. The pool was great for the kids to burn just that little bit of energy after riding in the car Back from our days adventure …. definitely saving this location listing so that next time we are back in Maui, we will be staying here. They have a great set up as far as sand toys and boogie boards and sand chairs. Highly recommend if you have children, this is a great place to stay.

Kamaole Sands was a great place to stay for our family. The grounds were beautiful and pool area was great for our group. Grill areas were great too! Easy walk across the street to Kam 1 beach and a couple blocks further down we’re all the shops and restaurants available. Unit was as advertised. Nice remodel and perfect for our family of 5. Fold out couch was reported by the 16 yo as not bad to sleep on! Great view of courtyard and pool area! Would book here again!

Super fun stay

Had a comfortable stay! It has a beautiful and well stocked kitchen to be able to do any cooking you might want. You can see the ocean from the balcony while drinking coffee. My Granddaughter enjoyed the pool with other kids and she loved the Hula lesson at poolside. It was so cute to watch! The umbrella was broken but a new one showed up at our door the same day I reported it. It was great service! Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Fabulous stay in Kihei

The condo was very comfortable, and very clean. It was equipped with a full kitchen that more than met our needs, as well as a very nice selection of beach toys. The furniture and finishings were all in excellent condition. It was a great place to stay in Kihei. During our stay, my daughter had a medical emergency as a result of a beach accident. Matt went out of his way to accommodate a late departure, even though we requested it late in the trip. We are extremely grateful for his assistance and hospitality. We would happily rent this condo again for a future visit.

Good property

We enjoyed the house, which has many helpful kitchen and beach amenities. The unit gets hot when the weather is hot, especially the upstairs open loft which doesn't have AC. Although the left has a fan at the window to push hot air out, it is loud and its effectiveness seems limited.

The location is great -right across the street from the beach and just a few minutes to Wailea. We even enjoyed a bunch of walks heading North of the property and found our way to Beach Street Maui Shave Ice more than a few times! The unit itself was clean and well appointed. The layout of the unit worked perfectly for us. On top of it all, Matt at PMI was absolutely great and provided excellent service to us. We have already booked another trip to Kamaole Sands!

The map makes it look like a trek to the beach but it's a 2 minute stroll through the beautiful property. We worked from there so solid wi-fi was nice, although great in the living room but spotty in the bedrooms. The upstairs loft bedroom stays a bit warm but the ceiling fan made it comfortable. The view of the pool and ocean was great and it was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay here again when in Maui.

Beautiful location, easy walk to the beach

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The property management team was incredibly professional when I called to let them know of changes we discovered when we checked in. The gym was not available and they fully accommodated us for that. Matthew was tremendous! We also let them know there were new pool hours not listed anywhere which is they have 8-8:30a adult swim. Overall we very much enjoyed our stayed, the one drawback is the person who is constantly walking around the pool area checking little kids and ensuring pool rules are followed. Another thing to note, the condo had a lot of condiments and spices and things, there are plenty of towels, beach supplies and sunscreen. It has everything you need. Overall we had a great time and look forward to coming back!
