Thoroughly Enjoyed My Stay

This condo was very nicely decorated and clean. It was stocked with everything I needed. Lisa is an excellent hostess and very responsive to ensure my stay was stress free and that I enjoyed every moment. I had a wonderful time and have already rebooked for next year. I highly recommend this rental.

Stoneybrook

We had a great stay. Lisa was a wonderful owner and very responsive on the few times we needed to text her. The property listing was accurate. This was a wonderful place to rest and relax. The only negative which was out of Lisa’s control was the property owner/tenant directly below us is a heavy smoker. Every evening except one between 6-9 pm he would smoke excessively on his porch below to the point we couldn’t eat outside, enjoy the sunsets, etc. Other than that issue I would highly recommend this property and Lisa.

Rob was a wonderful guest. I am very sorry to hear this about the issue downstairs. Our Association has rules about smoking. There is to be absolutely no smoking on the patio. The person is a tenant and not an owner and I will reach out to the association, as this is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated. The view of the golf course from the lanai is great. We enjoyed the community pools and gym. The location is perfect, many places to dine, shop etc. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Peace and Quiet

The condo was all I expected., very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen had new appliances and was well equipped. Condo overlooks the golf course and was quiet and serene. The apartment is centrally located,, highway,beach and airport are nearby. Overall. It was a lovely 15 days.

Excellent stay in a beautiful neighborhood!

A great stay in this well-equipped, clean, spacious unit. You'll have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Reliable and strong wifi. Nice lanai with view of golf course. Pool and fitness center within walking distance. Great host with prompt and friendly communication.

Visit to Fort Myers

Beautifully situated on a golf course in a gated community, this two-bedroom condo was perfect for my visit to Fort Myers. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to allow me to fix dinner and the dishwasher made cleanup easy. The bed was very comfortable and the large TV was perfect for football watching.

Very good location. Golf discounts were included. Very quiet.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very equipped with kitchen supplies and clean. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed evenings on the screen porch and a great location. Pools were nice.

Perfect!

Condo was tastefully decorated in a coastal theme. We had a beautiful view overlooking the golf course with plenty of sun all day! Walkable to the pool, community center, stores and restaurants. Community center had many activities to enjoy. Lisa was very helpful in answering all my emails immediately. She even left us many supplies for the kitchen and bath. It was a great getaway from the cold weather on Long Island!
