Luxury desert getaway and recreation paradise! Next to Browns Ranch trail system and the Maracopa trail. Mountain bike or hike from the house! Minutes from downtown Cave Creek and Carefree restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Take in the sunset while relaxing on the patio or lounging in the comfortable living room. Spacious kitchen and bar. Large dining table for entertaining.

Browns ranch is within walking distance and boasts great single track mountain bike and hiking trails. Spur cross and cave creek recreation areas are a short drive away with more great mountain biking and hiking trails. Wildcat motorized recreation area is close by. Bartlett reservoir is not far for water sports. Golf courses are also nearby.

Per Scottsdale Revised City Code S.R.C. 18-152(b) - Short-term rentals (1-29 days) have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

All guests must be at least six years of age to comply with Arizona pool regulation A.R.S. § 36-1681.

Heating for pool/spa is an additional charge and is automatically included in the booking.

Home is one level (exclusive of the rooftop patio).

Great Room: Audio and TV Entertainment system, large comfortable couch.

Dining: Large comfortable dining table

Kitchen: Extensive cookware and tableware. Two dishwashers, espresso/coffee machine, wine fridges, bar island, prep sink, microwave, large fridge, toaster oven, etc.

Patio: Speakers for audio, BBQ, Outside gas fireplace, Rooftop patio, Infinity Pool and Spa (Heating available with an additional weekly fee).

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom, has a king size bed, gas fireplace with sitting area, attached private bathroom and separate pool access.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, attached private bathroom and outside access.
Bedroom 3: King size bed, attached private bathroom and separate pool access.
Bedroom 4: King size bed and attached bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Sofa bed.

Garage: Three bay garage with storage. There is an owners vehicle in one garage spot which is not available for guest and other items are stored so the full garage area is not available for guest use.

Tip: The monthly discount is automatically at 28 nights, but at 30 nights the tax rate drops significantly typically covering the extra nights stay.

House was beautiful and spacious. We traveled with our two adult daughters, and a family friend. Everyone had their own bedroom and their own bathroom!The pool and hot tub were magnificent. The subsists from the pool were spectacular We had no issues, I contacted the owner a few times with a few minor questions and they responded almost immediately.House had everything we needed for our stay.The neighborhood was spectacular, nice to walk or drive around. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay and I would absolutely rent this home again.The house is large, well laid out, and ideal for a group. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, which makes a big difference. Everyone had privacy and no one was waiting on showers. The beds were very comfortable.The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we used them daily. Everything was clean and well maintained. The outdoor space feels elevated and intentional. We spent a lot of time around the fire table. It doesn’t give off the heat of a true fire pit, but there was a basket of blankets that made the cool February nights cozy.The kitchen is truly well stocked. Quality pots and pans, plenty of cooking tools, lots of spices, olive oil, and a great coffee and espresso machine. It felt like a real home kitchen, not a stripped down rental. Upscale outdoor gas grill was key.Some reviews say it feels far from Scottsdale. For me, the location was ideal. It’s closer to Carefree and about 45 minutes from the airport. That distance makes it quiet and spacious. Carefree has some cool little shops and a few really good restaurants, which we enjoyed. We did a day trip to Sedona which took about an hour and 45 mins.If you want peace and room to spread out, it’s worth it. Dani was super responsive and easy to work with.

If you are looking for a place with plenty of room this is the property. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Owners are exceptional at making you feel welcome and are very quick to answer questions about the property. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. This property was the best rental we’ve ever stayed at. It was so well appointed and had every need anticipated. The directions for working the house covered everything and were easy to understand. Great Stay!

We were a group of 8, 4 couples. This house was perfect with 4 bedrooms with each having a bathroom. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens we have been. The outdoor area with a heated pool and hot tub was our main sell when we picked this place. It was great, I would have preferred to have a better view from there but the shrubbery blocks most of the views. Still a great place to hang out. The town of Carefree is a unique experience in it's self. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The owners were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beautiful Oasis

We wanted to check out the Scottsdale area and I stumbled upon this rental. If you’re looking for a very entertain able house this is for you. It was tastefully stocked with dishes and cocktail glasses which a lot of homes aren’t. The only downside for us was we wish we would have been closer to town. Dani and Shawn were awesome hosts! Great place to spend family time!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Well appointed, beautiful kitchen, great room and a lovely pool. Restaurants and groceries are 10-12 min. Great hiking out the front door. Loved it.
