KITCHEN: - Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware - Stainless steel major and small appliances - Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.
OUTDOOR LIVING: - Oversized oceanview front patio - Two dining tables with a total seating for eight; two sun loungers - Market umbrellas; propane gas BBQ grill
ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - 4 low-profile beach chairs - Ceiling fans throughout; heating - Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay, including a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and an iron with an ironing board - Cleaning essentials are also included, such as hand and dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and a few basic cleaning products

LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LAUNDRY: Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the laundry room alongside the walkway. Bring your own supplies and quarters.
PARKING: Two designated spaces. General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION: Best of all is the proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street Beach, well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area, and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, a full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Drive bike path.

Loved our stay
Loved our stay. The property was great, well maintained, and well furnished for our needs. The location was excellent, we love staying in this area. We got to explore a few new places based on recommendations from the Beachview Realty staff, who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

A half block from the beach with a very large patio, this rental is perfect for families. Two ensuite bedrooms and a third bathroom provide the comfort that is often missing in vacation rentals. We were there for Christmas and would love to come back in the spring or summer!

It is a nice home and neighborhood that worked for my son , son in law and my self on a business trip . Gave us ea our space and bathroom and open area for sitting and kitchen.
Beautiful location with beautiful views. The property is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The host responds quickly to requests (front door latch was sticking and maintenance was sent promptly). Loved everything about the stay and will certainly book again in the future.

Property is actually even better in person. The kitchen and living room are quite spacious, and all of the rooms are large even though they have king size beds. Huge patio with an ocean view was pretty cool for the price. We will definitely be back to this location.

We were very pleased with our stay. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding along the beach. If we had to list a complaint it would be to provide more beach chairs as only 1 was provided.

Great location, comfortable beds, good showers. Property as described. Would stay there again. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Bike lane on road right outside the property. Only complaint you could hear the guest walking above you.

Great location. Only complaint is you can hear everything the upstairs guests do. We could even hear their phone buzzing ( not ringing - must have been on vibrate) at night when in bed. Other than that it was great. Will stay again.
