Magical

We had the most amazing time at House Mickey!!! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is our favorite!! Kristy is wonderful to communicate with and goes way out of her way to help with anything that you may need! The home is fantastic with so many amenities!! The home is gorgeous!! The furniture is high-end and the linens and towels are plentiful!! It was spotless!! The pool and hot tub are so clean and heated perfectly. Family memories are priceless and to have such a beautiful place to stay at was incredible!!! We will definitely be running this house again!!

Home was exactly as described on the website! It was perfect for our 3 generation 12 person vacation! It was 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. The kids loved the pool and were in it every day. Worth every penny!

No other word but WOW

The villa has been decorated to a high standard, it has everything you need and more. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, we had a 1 or 2 issue with the safe and the air con which was sorted within the day. This is a must villa and the owner kept in contact when we needed help along the way.

The house was perfect for my family of 10. The pool/spa and arcade room were a hit with the kids as well as the adults!! We only had one issue which was quickly resolved! The house was close to all the parks which was a plus! We definitely plan to stay here again during future trips!

This house is great as far as space and the different rooms. The baseboards were very dirty as was the space under the beds and couches. The stairs needed vacuuming and the rugs in one of the bathrooms. There are 2 sets of washers and dryers which is a nice amenity, but one of the washers was very smelly and they were both very dirty around the seal. We found broken glass outside around the table. This house is real nice, just needs to be a bit tidier. We would stay again because of all the other nice amenities this house offers and how smooth things went with the owners. We just worked around the parts we did not like. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool a lot as did the adults. Overall this is a nice stay!

I am glad you enjoyed the home and the extras but am sorry for the concerns you had. I wish you had notified me during your stay since this is the first I have heard of these concerns. I would have made the cleaners come back to do extra dusting and pressure wash the lanai again. I do send check in emails to ask if anything is needed during your stay but did not hear back. Next time please let me know so I can resolve. Thanks.

We absolutely loved our stay at House Mickey! It was perfect for our three families with several kids of different ages. The pool and hot tub and back patio area was amazing for our young ones while we able to enjoy lunch and breakfast in the screened in patio. There was even a pool alarm for the door in addition to the fence which made us feel especially safe with a 2.5 yr old running around. Game room was a hit with our 8 yr olds (and young at heart adults). Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. And the decor was great. There's more than enough products to get you started and so many linens. Oh and double washer and dryer! Windsor Hills amenities were awesome too. We will definitely be back again. And our host Kristy was wonderful - super responsive and helpful with all our questions and needs.

Home was recently renovated, clean and came equipped with laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, toilet paper and trash bags. We were an adult group of 9 in town for our daughters college dance nationals. Beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the game room! Best part of the stay was the heated pool/spa that stayed heated, even when temps drastically dropped to the 30’s/40’s at night. Kristy was very easy to work with and we would stay again.

AMAZING !! House was incredible!!

The house was truly beautiful and there was plenty to do at the house if fact our young ones (5and6) asked to go back to the house to swim while we were in the Magic Kingdom. The game room is great at keeping the kids occupied while grownups cook or get ready to go out. So the house gets a total five stars from our whole family of ten !!
