This exclusive property is located on Pintail Close, a private enclave of villas within the Leeward Community gates. Grace Haven is the ideal home base for guests looking to explore the beach—just a five minute walk away—and the turquoise waters off Providenciales’ northeastern tip. To facilitate your beach adventures, we supply a fully-stocked beach closet, four-seater electric beach cart to travel to and from the beach, two cruising bicycles, and complimentary daily lounger and umbrella set up on nearby Sunset Beach.

This fully air-conditioned private villa in an exclusive neighborhood features three bedrooms equipped with black out windows, safes, HD TVs, hotel-quality king-sized beds, and ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom comes with a double sink, hair dryer, and luxury hotel-quality linens, towels, and bath products. Days by Grace Haven’s spacious terrace and pool deck—which feature large market and shade umbrellas, loungers, and elegant seating—are best spent cooking up fresh catch and veggies in the villa’s covered BBQ grilling area, or toasting marshmallows over its cozy fire pit. The villa comes with a fully-stocked kitchen. We are happy to have our concierge organize your groceries for you ahead of your arrival.

We had 3 couples stay at the villa. It worked great. The villa is in great shape. They take care of it. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes, glasses, pan and more. The pool is beautiful. The grill is cleaned so well - It looks new and works great. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy walk to beach - 8 minutes. 4 minute Golf Card ride. You will love this place

Perfect stay for our family at Grace Haven

Great stay at Grace Haven. It’s on a quiet cul de sac with either a quick walk, hike or golf cart ride to the beach. The pool was great to have access to after a long day in the sun. The house had everything we needed to cook our dinners in the spacious kitchen. Communication from Jessica and team was great. We will definitely consider staying at Grace Haven next time in Turks.

The Perfect Escape

Thanks for sharing a slice of heaven with us at Grace Haven! The villa was beautiful and perfectly suited for our getaway. We loved having our very own private pool, the comfy sectional and fire pit, the spacious kitchen, the terrace, the bathrooms with plenty of counter and drawer storage, everything tastefully decorated. Perfect place to stay in TCI!

After much research we decided to stay at Grace Haven and absolutely loved everything about it. The house and grounds are immaculately clean and the perfect size for up to 6 people. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed for our week there. The location is perfect and ideally situated in the more secure area of Leeward. It is a short (2-3 minute) golf cart ride to the beautiful and lightly visited Leeward Beach. Our concierge, Jessica, was perfect - very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! We highly recommend Grace Haven for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation in Turks & Caicos!

An incredible stay at Grace Haven

We loved our week at Grace Haven! We have been to Turks and Caicos many times before but stayed in a hotel, not a house. What we loved about Grace Haven was how clean, private and beautiful it felt, and how Jessica greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know upon arrival. As part of Sunset Beach Villas, we had access to everything we needed as if we were in a hotel, including beach chair set up, anything involving maintenance and we especially loved the golf cart and bikes to get to familiar with the neighborhood and take quick trips to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Wendy was also incredibly helpful and kind as she recommended great local spots to eat. Going to the beach in the mornings and coming back to the house in the afternoon by the pool was the best. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

We visited for a summer week with our two teenagers, and we had a great time in the house. Booking direct was quick and easy. Jessica was very helpful in making sure we were settled and supported during our stay. Grace Haven is clean, modern, secure, and the air conditioning works great. The house is very well appointed. Each bedroom has a full en suite bathroom. The pool and grill were a pleasure. We enjoyed having the golf cart available for visiting Sunset Beach, that was a nice touch for sure! There are also beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for you at Sunset Beach, and bikes you can use if you prefer. It was a first class visit - highly recommended!

Perfect Beach vacation

We just returned from an amazing vacation. Grace Haven was the perfect villa for our group of three couples. It was immaculate and each couple had a well appointed bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The villa was extremely comfortable and had everything you would need. Chill by the pool or head to beach in a golf cart for a quick ride to the most amazing pristine beach where your chairs and umbrellas are waiting for you. The villa is also in a perfect location, close restaurants, town, and the golf course. Jessica, our concierge was fabulous, she worked with us before we arrived and helped us secure restaurant reservations, excursions, etc...and was she very attentive during our stay. It was a perfect vacation and we will be back!

Amazing vacation at Grace Haven

Our experience at Grace Haven was incredible for our family of 5. Golf cart was perfect to beach along with setup umbrella and lounges. House is immaculate and well stocked, linens and beach towels aplenty. AC thermostats in each room. Pool area and outdoor space exceeded expectations. The lovely Jessica greeted us and was responsive to all our questions and needs. The slightly later checkout was great too especially for our pregnant daughter to spend less time at airport waiting for our later flight. The location is north of Grace Bay and quieter so would recommend getting a car to get to grocery store and restaurant's. Thank you to all who play a role into maintaining this wonderful villa and making our family vacation memorable and fun.

A week in paradise!

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and it was wonderful! Grace Haven was amazing to the last detail and provided a level of privacy that you would not experience at a resort. It is beautifully furnished and maintained. We arrived to an immaculate villa with everything you could need for a fun week--beach towels, cooler, pool floaties, golf cart, a perfectly outfitted kitchen, and strong air conditioning during a hot week! We visited with our two adult daughters and everyone enjoyed their own king suite with bathroom. We spent lots of time by the pool and then hopped in the golf cart for the two minute ride to a beautiful and quiet beach. Jessica was a huge help in directing us to grocery stores and restaurants. Magnolia was a highlight, as well as Cocovan. We will be sure to come back again -- this was a comfortable and peaceful home away from home. We also rented a car which made it easy to get around and explore different beaches on the island.

Comfort & Some Good R&R

My group of 6 enjoyed 7 nights at Grace Haven and we were pleased to find the pool had heat from solar assist. I'd call the water upper 80's. The home is well appointed and the rooms/baths are very comfortable and appealing. It is nice to have the side gate to access the hose and clean off sand before entering the home or yard and a bath accessible from outside without going inside is really helpful. Having the golf cart for some beach travel was helpful and easier to park. The beach is only a minute or so away on the golf cart and is a very nice beach. Lots of conch shells to be found. The ocean was also very inviting and warm, likely due to the shallow waters. There is construction near the beach parking which you can hear trucks go by the home in the mornings but not frequent. We utilized the grill one evening and was more than plentiful to cover our needs. Concierge Jessica was very helpful to identify restaurants and activities. We've already been trying to find our way back for another visit.

PERFECT BEACH VILLA!!!!!

We just came home from our amazing stay at Grace Haven. The house is the perfect size for six guests...it is modern, clean, and bright with every essential you can imagine. Perfect Grace Bay property

Our family of 4 was absolutely delighted with this property. On prior visits to T&C we stayed at the Grace Bay Club, but we were looking for a little more space and privacy. Grace Haven was beautiful, clean, spacious, private, safe, and well-stocked with everything needed for a lovely beach vacation. Short walk or golf cart ride to a fairly secluded, calm, and beautiful beach and a short drive to the "downtown" Grace Bay area. We were also perfectly content lounging in the wonderful pool and on the patio. Our concierge, Jessica, made everything easy--from grocery deliveries to beach chair set ups to booking a snorkel trip. Next trip to T&C we will 1000% choose this property over a resort.
